You only get a bedroom and bathroom.I was not told, you need to pay to use the lounge and cooking Area in the huts...Are place had lots of flys the bed was cheap IKEA!! And had a flytrap under it And as so a night of passion was out the window. ps the nice bridge as you come in the place is a working? Train bridge ..The people are nice but the hut was like living in Legoland

Poorly managed and misleading photos
The place was generally nice but was smaller than expected. From the pictures it's assumed that the living area is accessible with you're booking but it's not, and is charged extra.
Access is via a pass code to the gate that changed on the Sunday and we were not informed. We had to access the site via a break in the fence!
The staff were rude at check in also.

Séjour super sympa, super nuit dans un endroit calme, on a bien dormi
Au réveil le petit déjeuner avec petit pain, croissant et pain venait de sortir du four, le personnel super sympa, on reviendra
Comme d’habitude séjour parfait quand ce sont les personnes professionnelles qui gèrent la réservation. La demoiselle brune de l’accueil est au top et d’une gentillesse …

déçu
je ne me suis pas rendu dans le domaine suite a une erreur de réservation.
J'ai voulu changer la date 3 minutes après la réservation en appelant l'hôtelier.
Pas de résponses.
J'ai donc contact Hotel.com qui m' répondu qu'ils allaient gérer le problème.
Deux jours plus tard, réponse de l'hôtelier à hôtel.com: Changement de date impossible
Pour info, je vais dans le domaine une fois par mois pour deux nuits voir plus quand c'est possible.
cela fait deux fois que je paie une nuit pour rien (même si je sais que les conditions sont stricts... mais une erreur est possible :) surtout aussitôt avoir fait la réservation.
il faudrait revoir le service commercial de l'établissement...
Lorsque j'aurais le choix, la prochaine fois j'irais loger ailleurs.
