Highly recommended! First of all, I was really impressed by the attentiveness of the staff. Japanese people are always kind, but at this hotel, I felt they went beyond my expectations. The front desk ladies were always smiling, polite, and respectful. Another good thing to mention is that the hotel is just a 5โ€‘minute walk from Hiroshima Station, and surprisingly, it isnโ€™t noisy.

First and foremost the staff are super excellent .They treat as a family member : always with a natural smile and warmth in their eyes . With that welcome everything else just becomes irrelevant . The housekeeping team is good ! Rooms are a little small but very efficient and comfortable . Excellent bath and toilet facilities. They helped us with directions, ordered taxis , helped us understand the laundry machines and so on . Nothing was too small for the team . They are quite comfortable with English . Hotel is close to Hiroshima railway station : making it easy to get food and supplies even after midnight ! Very convenient location!!

Great location and friendly staff. Amenities in room were nice and breakfast pastries were a nice touch as well. My rating unfortunately had to be lower mainly because of the state of the carpet in the room. Stains everywhere and a bit disconcerting. I am sure it is fine and sanitary but the look is just so bad. Definitely would raise the rating if it were replaced with a patterned carpet that hid stains better or even hardwood ideally. Other than that no complaints. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was nice.

My room wasn't very clean.....very dusty.....the toilet was dirty. ....the air conditioning unit was moldy......the kettle was dusty.....carpet not clean and a lot of hair left over from previous person.
