Great location just 5 minutes walk from train and tram station so very easy to get around (can use a pre paid Suica card on trams). Room and bathroom very clean but very small. Good sized bed and comfortable but not much space around the bed for your stuff or moving around! Bathroom also small but functional with good shower and loads of hot water. Our room overlooked the train tracks so we could hear the trains but they didn’t really disturb us. The room had centrally controlled air conditioning so the first night it was a bit warm for our liking. Overall perfect location and a good nights sleep at a good price.

静かに休むのは
新しいホテルのようできれいでしたが、壁が薄いのか、深夜まで隣の部屋の音がうるさく寝られませんでした。また、窓も防音ではないようで、線路脇の立地ですので、電車の音も気になりました。 ですが、フロントスタッフは新設で、荷物の預かり等は丁寧に対応くださいました。

オープンしたてで綺麗であったが、、、
ユニットバス内の排水溝のカバーが取れたまま。また、部屋の中から隣の部屋に行き来できる部屋は通用口扉があるせいで隣の人の声がよく聞こえてきた。 また線路沿いということは理解していたが予想以上にうるさかった。

新しいホテルでした。
客室や什器は新しくとても気持ち良かったです！ 清掃はややチェックが不十分で残念。シャワーカーテンは綺麗でしたが、リネン（特にタオル類）が臭って気持ち良くなかった。朝食は会場も内容もこれからに期待したいと思います。
