Nice place
Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice pool and hot tub. The place was a little rowdy all weekend as there was a large group of young teen hockey players staying. Although pleasant, they were very loud in the pool as well as hallways. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place! Very nice breakfast served!

Everything was good with the room. Hot tub could use a cleaning and jets that had pressure. Breakfast was cold. Warming trays weren't even keeping food warm. Price was reasonable

Had a good stay here. Our bathtub had some wear and tear and needed some repairs. Also the shower tap had a constant drip. But all in all, good stay, clean hotel, comfortable beds, and polite staff.

Great location and breakfast. Good service.Stayed three times this fall. First all good. Second all good except the beds wrre not Ramada quality at all. Third time all good except the beds, although better than the second time, really need replacing! Enough good and price excellent, so we would go there again if traveling that way. I am a sports fan but no Sportsnet or TSN.

I have stayed at the Ramada every time i have gone to Hinton or Jasper over the last few year's and have never had an issue with having my pet. I was not aware of the charge or that there were special rooms for it. I had checked in, stayed 3 nights with multiple different staff members seeing my dog, and as i was leaving, the lady at the front desk was not only rude, but without being compassionate or trying to work with me, she just told me, well we will be charging you anyways. I asked to speak to a manager as i have worked for hotels before myself and am very aware that there are certain circumstances that can be dealt with differently. I was also told by this front desk agent that I would be contacted by the manager to discuss what had happened, and never got reached out to, yet still was charged. Ontop of all of this, the lady who had checked me in was the same lady that checked me out, and both encounters i had with her were very rude and impersonable, was not greeted with a hello or good morning, and very rude mistermeaner, speaking in her language to a housekeeper before barking at me, which is very rude to do. I absolutely understand if I had left the room a mess and was super disrespectful, but i wasn't. This is so disappointing with everything that has happened in this year in Jasper, you would think people would be a bit more understanding and kind. I will never stay at this hotel again. Such a dissapointment.
