Nice hotel, but beware of staff.
As soon as we got there, the staff member that helped us was very unfriendly and seemed like he didn’t want to help us. When we got to the room, the room was nice, but there was a smell of sewer coming from the bathroom drain. We phoned the front desk and the same guy answered the phone. After telling him the problem he mumbled “What the ____” He put us in a new room begrudgingly. I’d stay there again if I didn’t have to deal with him.

The staff was not friendly and gave no information about wifi or anything else. The individual seemed uninterested in helping out. There was no mention of the pool and hot tub being under maintenance.
