Had to call a number to get a staff member to check us in. Room conditions were dirty, moldy, and had multiple issues needing repairs. Breakfast was a half eaten box of mini muffins from Walmart that were past date and 2 mostly empty boxes of cereal. While the staff member was kind our stay was not what we expected from this company.

It was horrible we had no maid service for 3 days we were there for three nights the ceiling came on our head it fell on our head they're taking a shower and the ceiling came down on her head and it was ripping as the water was going it was horrible absolutely horrible we talked to the manager to see about getting a refund but he wouldn't do it they said they had no staff everybody quit on them it was just an awful experience I will never stay there again

I didn't like it at all there pool was nasty all the time ALL the rooms smelt really bad the beddings smelt moldy some of them and the towels and rags because some was still wet after being handed and I had to clean my own room vacuum it bring them all used lineon and I never had them hand me anything for my room including toilet paper I had to go into the wash room and get everything myself because there's never anyone at the desk or on property sometimes . Maybe twice the office manger heather would go get me some cloths and towels if I asked her. The woman that worked here always acted as if they was on some type of drugs or alcohol only one I seen that was cleaning sometimes on rooms and doing laundry and actually at the front desk was a woman name Kristina she was very polite new what her surroundings was she was only one person I seen work for this hotel like it was actually being ran and open. There also was NO BREAKFAST LIKE THE SIGN SAID !. EVERY MORNING NOTHING WAS PUT OUT FOR BREAKFAST. ME AND MY HUSBAND WILL DEFINITELY BE STAYING SOMEWHERE ELSE NEVER AGAIN!.

The hostess did her utmost to give the best service. I was really appreciative of her efforts. The property was aged and in rough shape. There was a musty smell and no hot water in our room. The a/c however worked great.The hostess was great, but the proprty was mediocre at best.
