The ac in the room would not adjust to a different temperature A 25$ fee for not checking in by 4pm is ridiculous The casino had no waiters roaming the area With the extra fees and high prices I would not recommend this establishment to anyone who I know When you ask the staff a question they just point and say over there Again I will not recommend this establishment to anybody!!!!!!

Was there just to stop off for the night before continuing the next day of the North Shore. My granddaughters had fun in the arcade. That’s all I can pretty much say about it.

We needed a room with 2 queens beds for handicap. We were told that they are ALL under renovations!!! Why would you do ALL the handicaps rooms at the same time!!!!! We were offered a king size bed room for handicap but there is no way two handicap people could of slept in the same bed! They did offer us a roll away bed but that wouldn't work either!!! I asked about a chair and was told because of fire regulations they couldn't bring one in! But you can bring in a roll away bed!!! They we get the regular room and the beds were so soft because of the pillow toppers on them, we couldn't sleep on them! My 87 year mother was afraid of falling out of the bed because she couldn't move and was at the very edge! I couldn't sleep on the bed because of my back, I need a firm mattress! I don't know how the expect anyone to take a shower when the bathtub was so high and there was no grab bars! The restaurants were closed! What was open was basically fast food! If we wanted fast food we would have just went down the street! They Monday night we get back to the hotel and there is no valet parking! When we inquired about it we were told that valet is only open Thursday thru Monday at noon. All they said was sorry and walked away!!! Again, we are two people who are handicap and needed valet! So now we have to park our own car which wouldn't have been a problem but when you can't or have a hard time walking it isn't terrible!!!!
