We hadnt stayed for a long time and had to stay for a week while home mods were getting done. We were there over my birthday and our anniversary so i got a grand suite and it was so amazing and beautiful. The fridge took awhile to get things really cold but everything else was fantastic. The casino wasnt very busy all week so that was nice for getting on machines but floor staff was very short so you had to wait a little longer for help and not many pop/drink servers, which is not there fault. We were glad we brought our own food as again with being so short staff alot of the places we liked to eat arent open or have short hours because once again no staff to run the restaurants....which is a shame for everyone missing out on the great places to eat. Still a great place and great staff.

Parking was easy to find, and the property offers a few dining options, a gift shop, and a convenience store. Check-in was straightforward, but the front desk staff didn’t provide any directions to our room after we checked in. Unfortunately, the walls are extremely thin, so we could hear everything, including our neighbor’s loud snoring throughout the night. Our room was on the first floor near the elevator, which meant we also heard everyone walking by and talking. When we called the front desk around midnight to request earplugs or a white noise machine, neither was available. To make matters worse, the staff member who answered the phone sounded irritated, as if we were interrupting something, especially during our second call.

This was our first visit. Our initial impression was great until we entered the elevator up to our room… it was so so dirty… so much so that we were worried what our room would be like. Fortunately our room was very clean, but left us with a bad impression.
