It snelled cigarrette smoke the moment we entered the room.even it says no smoking all over the building. The sheets have stains. The water in the toilet was dark when flushed it for the first time. Theres no water in the sink.

It was an average place. Got the hot tub suite. Big but not very clean appearance.

Long check in (over 15 minutes.) Pass card would not open door by room, as stated. Heater did not work in room on arrival. View out window: extremely dirty window. Outside was littered with junk. The next day, pass card would not open door to room.

Excellent Staff
The staff at this facility were super Duper awesome! So friendly and helpful. Just genuinely kind people. I stayed someplace the night before who had the opposite type of staff. So it was very apparent to me when I spoke with staff from Hinckley. I wish I had went through the website itself, though so Hotels.com did not charge the facility. The room wasn’t any cheaper for me so next time I want the hotel to get all the money instead of only getting some of it Thanks for the great visit

Foundation had severe cracks that were attempted to be hidden by chairs. All lighting in the room had the wiring exposed and completely not up to code. Ceiling fan cord was duct taped around the ceiling beam and then duct taped and painting over going down the wall and plugged in behind the bed. Lighting wiring was exposed completely for the main room light as well and was just hanging down next to the door that you would use if you also had rented the next door room for access. Completely unsafe and unacceptable. Would not recommend and would make sure if you do stay you do not have children with you.

The beds were actually decent and comfortable, the room was humid and sticky because i had a room that the AC was broken for months, the fan didn't even circulate the air. Carpets in the hallways were a filthy red(dirty), and the room had 2 sinks with one not working at all, and the toilet would barely flush.

Rooms are outdated and do not look like the pictures. Bed frames, box springs and mattresses are out dated. Towels are old and need to be replaced. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom have mold growing and on the wall. The bathroom shower tile is falling off the walls and has mold. There is one electrical outlet for charging your cellphone. The tv has basic cable . You cannot regulate the temperature in the room, it is controlled by the office. There is nothing to eat for late night food, you better get some cold snacks that can be stored in the refrigerator.

Horrible! Bedding sheets, worn holes old and stained. Thin worn ugly towels, mold mildew around floors tiles and tub. Ceiling tiles falling down, light switches, knobs, hangers dirty. Afraid to sleep in the bed or sit anywhere. Ugh couldn’t sleep y able to regulate room temp, horrible water cooling system gurgling all night long. Couldn’t wait to get out. No other place for us to go and stay at this point. Up and out of here very early!!! Filthy sorry and sad to say. Would appreciate a refund!!!!

This place is extremely run down. I got my room online so I had pictures to go off of but when I got to the property they didn’t have a sign to know it was even a hotel. The property is run down and horrible. Felt gross as soon as walking in. Did not even open the door for our room. I do not recommend staying here. I ended up paying for a different room the same price I paid for this garbage and I even had a shuttle and was in walking distance of the casino.
