Positioned in the Sea Pines neighborhood of the exclusive Hilton Head Island, the villa is within a quick drive to a number of beaches. Located just a half mile from Harbour Town Golf Links and the Harbour Town Lighthouse, this townhouse puts you in the center of island attractions. Plus, various island-centric activities, including boating, diving, snorkeling, and biking, are a short drive away. You’ll be just steps away from the complex pool and the lush vegetation serving as your backyard.

With amenities that include basic cable, free WiFi, central HVAC, and local/national phone service, you’ll be well-served both indoors and outdoors. This villa promises an ideal getaway with its advantageous location and enviable amenities.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool renovation will begin the week of October 1, 2023, weather permitting. It will take 4 to 6 weeks and during this time, the pool and pool deck will be unavailable.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Wonderful
The condo was wonderful! The kitchen was very well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The unit was clean. Sea Pines is one of my favorite places to stay with all the biking trials and shops that are close by. I would. highly recommend this as a place to stay.

Long Weekend with Pet
My spouse and I needed a few days away, and we chose this condo where we could take our small dog. We have been frequent vacationers to HHI but have never stayed in Harbor Town and this place was very convenient for walks to the lighthouse and shops and restaurants. The condo was clean but as other reviewers have mentioned, it really needs an update in Many areas. New paint, furniture, lamps, etc. The seating in the den is not comfortable, and everything needs to be refreshed. The shower curtain in the master bath was moldy - a new liner would be inexpensive to replace! We did not use the kitchen other than to make coffee and drinks.

Good location and good value
We were within easy walking distance to Harbour Town which helped with a tour we did and a dinner. Property is nice enough and large enough for a couple and maybe 4 but that would be the limit. Very quiet as you are on the edge of a marsh. Upstairs is where the beds are. Master bedroom could be better lit but it does have large glass door to let in natural light. Had to adjust vents to make the upstairs cool down. Unit is a bit dated but everything worked okay. It's a good value.

Wonderful Home and Location
My family loved the home with all the amenities, the spacious home, and the scenery. There is easy access to the surrounding stores, lighthouse, pools, tennis, horses, golf, and restaurants. We were fortunate to see local wildlife in our very own "backyard". The home is stocked well and includes linens and the AC works well for those hot, humid 90+ days.

Nice location, nice little home
We were very familiar with this property, as my family had a place in Stoney Creek for years. The location is excellent, walk to Harbourtowne, Sea Pines Shops, but enough away to be quiet. Space is small, but fine for a couple, or family of 4. Could use some updating, especially kitchen and baths, but everything was in solid working order. Only issue was found a number of cockroaches, I know they’re prevalent there, but had to dispatch a half dozen over the long weekend. Also, no tissues supplied. Glad I brought a box down with me. All said, Stoney Creek is a great condo development, with nice pool, views, and very convenient. I recommend this property.

Fantastic Place!
We’ve been coming to Sea Pines for over 30 years and stayed on many different rental home properties inside the resort. Over the last few years we’ve gravitated to the Stoney Creek villas section because of it being easy to get to bike trails and Harbour Town. This villa was exceptional, very clean, and updated. Three things stood out to me as making me want to come back: 1) The view of the marsh on the patio is beautiful! 2) The wood plank ceilings in the living room and master bedroom are a very nice touch. 3) The kitchen must have had a recent renovation because it is very clean and up to date. You’ll also enjoy it’s close proximity to the pool which is right out the front door. Overall we really enjoyed staying here, and next time we stop by HHI we’ll be sure to stay here.

Great location! Just what we needed!
Really like this complex but property needs a refresh with respect to stucco/paint on walls, buildings. Some areas are badly faded/stained to where you see outline of underlying stones. Mold/mildew in some areas as well adds a green hue. A little TLC and this is a real gem in Harbour Town.
