Windsor Place 2219 is a gorgeous condo with spectacular views of the ocean. This vacation rental features an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar, a full-featured wet bar with a wine cooler, minifridge, and coffee maker, and a furnished, wraparound balcony offering panoramic views. Complex amenities include shared pools, a sundeck, and a grilling area. You can also stroll right out to the sand via a convenient boardwalk that crosses over the dunes.

This complex is situated mid-island within a mile of restaurants, shops, and marina activities at Shelter Cove. You'll enjoy direct access to three world-class golf courses, an award-winning tennis center, pickleball courts, an 11-mile lagoon system for kayaking and canoeing, and miles of walking and biking trails.

The pool is not heated from April 30th to November 30th. The kid pool is not heated all year round.
Above the condo is being renovated for at least 4 months. Guests will hear loud noises from 8 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday.

Peaceful and elegant
Quiet getaway, with beautiful views, away Windsor 2 building is away from the hustle and bustle. 20 minute walk to palmetto dunes center which includes pickle ball, tennis, restaurant and general store with yummy self serve soft ice cream and other conveniences such as a deli. Stove didn’t work well which was the only disappointment- otherwise the unit was spacious and luxurious- pool hot tub and beach were all pleasant - unit has sweeping and stunning views!

Vacasa is not what I will use the next I need to book…can not reach someone local. We also had a gentleman walk in (using a code Vacasa provided him) while we were having lunch..no notification

Recent last minute 2 night stay….
Overall, the property was great. A couple of hiccups, door code wouldn’t work at check-in, kitchen sink (never even used until the second night, was completely clogged) had to call maintenance next Morning, and didn’t matter to us, but we never received the code to the pool, and the property manager didn’t know it …. The property was very clean, with the only exception being the outdoor table (had chunks of food on it), overall very nice. Would stay again.

Five Star Vacation!
Our stay at Palmetto Dunes, Winsor Place II was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautiful, clean, and stocked with absolutely everything we could possibly need! The view of the beach and pool from the private patios was amazing! A short walk to the pool and beach was so easy! The property including the beach was so clean and well kept. It was so easy to get around the island. We biked everywhere! We all loved our stay and hope to come back soon!

Spring Break 2021
The condo was beautiful and the location was perfect.....loved the view of the pool and the ocean! An absolutely perfect choice. Our less than perfect rating was because we had a difficult time managing the code to enter the day we arrived. After a very long drive , and unloading our cars, we were unable to get into the condo with the 1st code provided. We called an 800 number and received a second code, which also did not work. After calling the local number provided, we received what I believe was a master code and were able to enter. My suggestion is on a Sat. Evening when everyone is checking in for the week, Vacasa stays open until 7 PM until all incoming vacationers have been able to get into their place......another family on the floor below us was having the same problem. Or, could an onsite manger be available for checkin glitches, after Vaccasa closes at 5:00? With the additional service fees we are charged, I believe this is a very basic service to avoid less stress and frustration. Additional suggestion: * replace one of the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom with a full size * make TV operations easier to understand, using less remotes....very confusing We would consider staying at this property another time, but the exorbitant service fee and what it provides is hard to justify.

This property the perfect place for a family vacation.
The view from the balcony is outstanding. Both the condo and the grounds were well maintained. There was an easy beach access and a nice pool. It was a wonderful all around experience.

Managment company responsive. A few small maintenance issues and washer didn’t work. They couldn’t get the part to fix it so did our wash. Inconvenient to not have the washer and for the cost it was expected. Agreed to give us some credit for it not working.
