Roomy villa for 2-3 couples. Clean and beautiful location. Would have liked a tv in extra bedroom. Unable to use tv upstairs as it wouldn’t connect. No directions seen. Downstairs was a smart tv so unable to get local stations, main bedroom same way. Also welcome book conflicted with vacsa book as far as clean up goes. But other then tv situation it was a great stay.

Terrible stay
This was our first trip to Hilton Head Island. We chose Hilton Head because I finished chemo 4 months ago and wanted somewhere that felt “normal” again but without being in a crowd of people. We arrived on Monday and planned to stay until Friday. When we arrived there was dirty laundry (white towels and cloths) in the queen bed closet that had not been done. A man came by and asked if house cleaning had been by. This should have been taken care of prior to check-in. The laminate floors have gaps that they tried to cover up with chairs, some light switches in the bedrooms and baths did not work properly or at all. Do not touch the lamps to turn them on or the shades and bulbs will fall off. There were cracks in the wall from settling. Black mold in the master shower and live roaches on the ceilings of the bathroom and in the kitchen drawer with utensils. My brother in law called numerous times without help or them moving us to somewhere else and no refund. I called and got the run around because we came home early due to the mold and roaches. We have pictures and videos. I’m sick and coughing and this worries me for my health. Please do not stay here. It’s not safe nor healthy and especially when the owner and Vacasa (the company the owners use) would not do anything about it and expected us to stay. My family and I chose to cut our vacation short and drive the 10 hours home. Very disappointed. It would not let me submit pictures and videos. I wish it would because people need to see this in person especially since it had 4.5 stars when we chose to rent it.

Viewing morning sunrises from this rental property is amazing
The house was beautiful and spacious with enough room for our family (7 adults) and grandkids (2 young children) to spread out and enjoy the week. Definitely needs a deep cleaning but overall not bad. The pool and tennis courts are right across the drive which was nice and convenient with 2 little ones and lots to tow. However, finding a good way to get to the beach was burdensome and needs to be looked into for visitors. The morning view from the back deck is second to none ... you'll definitely enjoy your mornings in this rental! We did have an issue with the washing machine damaging some articles of clothing and am waiting to hear back from the property manager regarding this issue. Overall, we'd recommend this rental property for your family.

Exceeded Expectations!
OK, my expectations were not very high because the pictures and descriptions of the place and area were very poor. The pool was very nice and someone was out maintaining it every day. The refrigerator was huge. Plenty of kitchen items except no mixer was found. Ceiling fan in second bedroom was on again, off again. Furniture was good, beds and bedding were good. Bathrooms were good. Back deck was ok. Overall it was a place that was a tad overpriced but I would rent it again.

SUNRISE SENSATION!
We loved our Easter retreat here. A little remote from the beach, but it was chilly and didn't really come into play. A VERY SPACIOUS home. Plenty of space. A little tight on the deck and would love to have an outdoor grilling area. A wonderful sunrise view from the Master and main room. Pretty Lake view. Very calming. We loved it and woould stay again!
