This property has a pool that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $95/night. At least seven days' notice MUST be given for heat to be turned on. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. If the pool or spa does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming, refunds will NOT be given.

A great way to vacation, pool, beach or Both!!
3-4 minute walk to beach with all our gear. Spacious kitchen with double oven. Room to spread out. Easy access from Ocean Gate. Furnishings are dated and kitchen cookware and cooking utensils could be better. Was only 1 hot pad for some reason. We cook all but 1 meal for the week and it went ok, loved having double ovens. Grill is old but functional.

Hilton Head Sea Pines Vacation Rental
We arrived at the property early and sat in the car for three hours. We asked for early check-in, but we were denied; VACASA said the property was not ready, which was untrue as no one came by to inspect it or do anything while we waited in the driveway for three hours. The first impression when we walked in was not too good. When we entered, dead cockroaches were on the floor in the kitchen. Unfortunately, they looked like they had been there for a while. The interior walls need paint and maintenance as there were numerous scratches, marks, and dents. The wooden floors looked dirty, and there was an overall lack of cleanliness. We planned on using the washer and dryer, but the belt was not on it, and the drum did not turn. The property manager tried to fix it, but we had to take clothes to a laundromat to get them dried. The good news was that one of the showers was not working correctly, and a plumber was immediately sent out to repair it. The TV entertainment system would not work, and the property manager came out and fixed it. The pool was nice and well-maintained. The grill worked wonderfully, and we had a few dinners using it. For the price we paid, our expectations were not met, and we were disappointed with the interior condition of the property. We stay and use VRBOs frequently, this is the first time encountered this situation during vacation.

Nice Stay in Hilton Head
This home suited our needs perfectly. Being close to the beach and having our own pool was great for our large family reunion. My only suggestion is that the owners/management company make sure the back deck is clean. It was a mess when we arrived, chairs filthy, tree droppings everywhere. Other than that, the rest was great for us.

The house accommodated 3 families with children and two seniors. The pool was a big hit as was the short walk to the beach. Although they need to improve the circulation of the uppermost bedrooms--they smelled a bit funky, the spaces were otherwise nice.

Very spacious home, outside area needs some work
The home is very spacious, plenty of room for a large family or several families. Some of the house has been updated, other areas need some work. House was clean and linens were provided. The outdoor area looked like it had not been cleaned up or touched - patio furniture was very dirty and carpenter bees had taken over one of the decks. Property company said they sprayed for the bees during our stay (after we complained) but we never noticed anyone come out to property. A few carpenter bee catchers would have done the trick. It appeared as though this problem had been going on for awhile and no one from the property management company paid attention to the outside living space.

Great location.
Perfect for large families! We paid to heat the pool and it was very warm and worth the money. The outdoor area was pretty dirty and the pool could definitely use some refreshing but it worked. The kitchen was perfect and we were able to cook a whole Thanksgiving feast using their kitchen utensils. They have several grills and that was great. For the price it's listed at I feel like it could really use some upgrades. The area rugs are all stained really bad, the walls have writing all over them, my sink didn't drain, there were spiderwebs hanging in several rooms, and the shower panel kept falling off.

Wonderful Sea Pines home with best of old and new
Our family had a wonderful stay in this very spacious home. Very classic older Sea Pines home with the needed upgrades in the kitchen and bathrooms and property that gave us all a very relaxed much needed time with family, some of whom stayed nearby but came to this property for amazing family style meals, game nights, pool time and lots of together time! Also very close walk to the beach and spectacular views of the Ocean Course and ponds complete with a family of very docile gators which were so interesting for us to observe safely from the deck area. We were a bit hesitant about the room situation when we found out that 2 of the bedrooms were accessible from one of the master rooms but this turned out not to be an issue for us since a private entrance is also available for those rooms from the back pool area as well which preserved privacy for those in that Master bedroom suite.

Lousy Stay!
Paid extra for heated pool. Arrived to find it covered in leaves and unable to swim for 2 days, patio and front area also a mess. Had to complain several times to get them to clean it up. Half the light bulbs in house were out, inside not clean either. Virtually no shampoo, hair dryer or any basic hotel amenities. Mattress was terrible and lumpy, broke my back. Bees all over back yard, too dangerous for kids. Furniture was gross and disgusting. Shower water pressure too hard and water smelled. Garbage from last tenant outside was never dumped and was a mess. Garage locked and could not be used. Every morning car was covered with leaves and sticky particles. For the price, I should have stayed at the Omni or Marriott or better home. Dont bother with this one.
