Shorewood 438 - Newly Renovated Must See!!!!- Oceanview 4th Floor Condo

With a balcony accessible by the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Shorewood 438 enjoy a great view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Shorewood pool area. Shorewood 438 has a remodeled kitchen fully stocked with granite counters, new cabinets, new flooring, new appliances, new bedding, and both bathrooms have been remodeled. New Flat Screen TVs with HD & Smart TV(3) have also been added including a 50" 4K smart TV in the living room. The living room seating and extra sleeping area includes a memory foam mattress on the sleeper sofa. King in the master, King in the 2nd plus a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.
After hours in the surf, vacationers return from the ocean via Shorewood's beach walkway and then dip into the freshwater swimming pool or a seasonally heated spa. Pool is Heated March 1 - April 30 and Oct 1 - November 30.
Toddlers have a separate wading pool. Shorewood is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Shorewood is two blocks from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Very good
The property is as advertised, and reviewed. It’s clean, great location, great pool. We loved it. The only suggestions: there are beach chairs in the closet so add that to the description. The only thing we didn’t like - bright white led lights in chandelier and bedrooms. Just kills the atmosphere. Those are minute, very nice place.

Much needed vacation!
The property was outstanding! This is the second time staying in this same unit and we can’t wait to come back again. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. The location to the pool is phenomenal. The unit has all the kitchen needs you could want. We love our time in Hilton Head every year and this unit is a very large reason why.

Great location and roomy!
Just had a quick stay but we had a wonderful time. Location is perfect, walkable to restaurants and has beach access. My family of 5 were very comfortable in the unit and loved the pool /beach. Would stay again. Only issue was Google maps sent us to the wrong building and it took awhile to figure out which building the unit was in.

Excellent place for a family. Plenty of things to do near by and the unit along with the amenities were perfect. Private gated community just steps from the private beach access. Highly recommend, would stay here again

We love Shorewood!
We always enjoy visiting Shorewood! Each morning we would watch Dolphins from the balcony. The view from the condo cannot be beat! This unit was well equipped, clean, and nicely furnished in the common areas. We are a family of 6 and had plenty of room! With 4 kids, crumbs are inevitable and access to a vacuum would have been helpful. The bathrooms and carpet are showing some wear and age, but didn’t hinder anything about our trip. Overall, it was a wonderful place to call home for our week in HHI!

We like the property and had a great time Unfortunately the pool and garage were closed due to maintenance but the property manager was very understanding and gave us some compensation We plan to go back and stay there next year The only feedback we have is that the bedroom carpets should be cleaned as they were a little dingy some of it maybe due to not only what people track on from the beach but also the tremendous amount of pollen that was everywhere

Great Location!
We had a wonderful time staying at your place during the Thanksgiving holiday! Plenty of room for us! My mother-in-law joined us who is not very mobile. She loved sitting on the balcony with the view of the ocean. Elevator is right by the condo which worked out perfect for my MIL. Plenty of seating for the 5 of us in the living room and dining table. Beautiful property with the palm trees and easy walk to the pool and ocean.

This was a fabulous location, right on the beach. We could go walking on bike trails to shops .

Great Stay
My wife and two kids stayed here over New Years for a few days and had a great time. The condo complex itself is right along the beach and the walk from the condo to the beach is short. Access to the beach is great. The condo itself is large for a two bedroom condo in this area. The balcony is great with seating for four and you can see the ocean. Great access to restaurants and everything you need within walking distance of Coligny Plaza. Would definitely choose this spot again.

Great Stay on Beach in Hilton Head
Property was updated and was clean and well maintained. My family and I enjoyed our stay. View from balcony was wonderful, and the distance to beach is not very far. Property is located in a gated area. Our only issue is the lack of condiments. If you are planning to cook you will have to bring and/or purchase all condiments. Only provided salt and pepper. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

Very Nice Condo
