Recently remodeled villa is located mere steps to the sand at The Spa on Port Royal Sound. You'll find your ideal coastal retreat at this choice 2BR tastefully decorated condo, fully furnished with everything that you'll need for the perfect vacation.

The complex is on the ocean on the Port Royal sound with a natural tidal beach. Escape the crowds and stroll beautifully landscaped grounds, courtyards, lagoon and fountains.
New to the rental market - recently updated with fresh paint, new bedding, furniture and accessories.

This 2nd-floor villa is easily accessible by stairs from the parking lot. Enter into an open floor plan including: fully equipped eat in kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, comfortable living room with pull out couch, smart flat screen TV's, washer dryer, large sliding glass door takes you onto screened in porch overlooking the tennis courts.

Master bedroom with private bath includes king bed smart TV. Second bedroom features two twin beds flat screen smart TV. Pull out couch in the living room for additional sleeping space. Also for your convenience we provide a pack n play for those traveling with little ones.

Fully furnished with everything you'll need including: beach buggy, beach chairs, beach umbrella, central heat and air, 2 community pools, gym, indoor heated pool and hot tub.

Not impressed with the unit at all. There were cats everywhere due to there being a cat sanctuary next door. I refused to stay in this less than par unit but Mr. Burns, the host, graciously refunded the majority of my money. The unit was definitely not what I expected.

Quiet Getaway
The Spa at Port Royal is very quiet and easy to drive all over Hilton Head. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly....only recommendation is to get some new pillows on all beds. Thanks so much for sharing your space!
