Hampton Place 6307 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath condo located on the third floor of the Hampton Place North Building. With its open and immaculate living areas, a large spa tub in the main bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer, this condo will make your vacation extra special! Enter this suite to find a large and spacious foyer. You will be immediately greeted by the gorgeous luxury plank vinyl wood floors, ambient lighting, a fully updated kitchen that features beautiful stone counters and brand new stainless appliances, and a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room. The kitchen offers a counter-height breakfast bar with seating for two and is adjacent to the dining area which has a beautiful new dining table offering seating for six.

Bedroom and Bathroom Configurations:
The spacious main bedroom offers a cable TV, a large closet space, and a private en-suite bath with double vanity sinks, beautiful stone tops, and a gorgeous glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Guests of the main bedroom enjoy ocean views through the large window overlooking the lushly landscaped courtyard and the ocean.

The guest bedroom is located across the condo and offers a cable TV and access to a balcony shared with the living room to enjoy the ocean breeze and breathtaking views. The balcony offers seating for four - be sure to enjoy your morning coffee and evening golden hour every day! The guest bath is located in the hallway just outside of the guest bedroom and has ample vanity space with a beautiful stone vanity top and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a rain shower head.

Going downhill
The condo was clean. The elevator was not functioning for 2 days. Had to lug luggage up 3 floors. Unacceptable at my age. Pool was not cleaned as I have seen during other stays. Do not feel received services while paying the rate we were charged.

Wonderful clean location but not the most responsive
We absolutely loved our time at Hampton Place. The condo was a great size and lay out. The pool is great and the walk to the beach is very short and easy. We were up and down several times a day with our 22 month old and it was a very painless process! The only issues we had were a broken coffee pot which was not taken care of until late the following day leading us to go and buy our own (with the 22 month old, coffee is not a luxury but life). We also had a toilet clog and were almost left with that over night. The number of follow up calls it took to get it taken care of was a little ridiculous. From my understanding the issue is not the actual property manager but Vacasa who the requests have to go through before you can get any help.

Fantastic property, awful management
Absolutely loved this property. Very clean, well stocked and amazing view and location. The owner switched over management to Vacasa after we had booked through VRBO. I was never contacted and had to contact the owner to figure out how to pay my balance. We were not given a pool or fitness center code upon check in. I emailed and called Vacasa the day we checked in, Saturday night, and did not get a response until Monday. The communication from Vacasa was unacceptable. I finally got a response and the manager apologized, but the response time and ease of contacting them was unacceptable.

Simply Fabulous
I wish I could give this property and its location 10 stars! The photos are true and accurate. The kitchen is well stocked, nice size bedrooms with ocean views, comfortable beds and couches and the host even has game boards! The location is marvelous, plenty to do and see, even when the weather doesn't allow cooperate! We will definitely be back. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo.

We love Hampton Place and this condo
This is our 2nd year in 6307 Hampton Place. My wife and my brother-in-law and sister-in-law and I go to HHI for a week each summer. We love this condo. It is beautifully decorated, spotless, and has a lovely third floor view of the ocean. It has every amenity, and the Hampton Place complex is well located. I cannot say enough good things about our beachfront experience in this condo. We have reserved the unit for next year as well.

View was great. Condo was clean, spaceous and well apointed. Easy access to the beach. Sand is soft like powder. Parking was plentiful. Grill area at the pool was well maintained. Palmetto Dunes was nicely manicured with great bike trails. General store had good selection of items for convenience. We would go back.

Overall very nice.
While a nice property, the one disappointment was the lack of a table on the patio by which a family of 3 could enjoy a meal. We have previously stayed at a Hampton Place property and the outdoor table made the stay a 5 versus 4. We will probably not stay again due to the lack of table. This was also commented on by a few other Hampton guests we met during the week (lack of table at some).
