Wonderful ocean view from balcony and living room. Relax in your very own paradise in this updated cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom villa on Hilton Head Island. Located in the Hilton Head Beach & Tennis Resort, home of the largest beachfront pool on the island. This villa is perfect for guests looking to soak up the southern sun. After a day of lounging on the beach you'll look forward to cool refreshing cocktail on your private balcony overlooking the beach and ocean.


Highlights
-This beachfront villa is only a 3 minute walk to the largest pool
on Hilton Head Island, and only a few more steps down the
private access boardwalk to the beautiful beach
-The villa is located in the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort
which offers a beachside bar, full service sports bar, pizza
restaurant and many family friendly amenities.
-From the balcony and living room you will find a beautiful
ocean view and lagoon view with fountain.

-Hallway has twin bunk beds (note they are suitable for kids 12
and under due to the length)

-Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 10am no early check ins or late checkouts
-One parking pass for the first car is included, additional passes
are $35 per car

Nice view of the 🌊!
Very nicely remodeled especially the bathroom & kitchen, clean & tidy. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony at all different times of the day & evening! The sun was never rising or setting on the unit so it stayed comfortable! Quick walk to the beach to watch the sunrise! Complimentary soap etc. were appreciated but condiments such as salt & pepper or olive oil were not left in any cupboards. Coffee filters would’ve been nice since we brought our coffee but there were none.

Great stay at a great price
Property was very well renovated. Sometimes at rentals, you can see where they skimped on the renovations to just make them look pretty for pictures, but you could tell the work done was quality in person. It was a short walk to the beach and pool, which was great. Place was super clean, which I appreciated. The only negative I had was the mattress on the bed was not very comfy and I definitely wish I had brought my own pillow. Other than that, it was a great stay at a fair price.

I must say this was one of the best vacations I have had. First time to Hilton Head. The condo was AMAZING. it was perfect for my husband and 11 year old son and me. It was so clean and well stocked. The location was perfect! It was a very short walk to the pool and ocean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. I enjoyed sitting out there until bedtime every night. The food at the resort was very good. We ate at Jamaica Joes for lunch at the pool and sometimes dinner. I will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this condo. You will love it and the owner is wonderful! Thank you for one of the best vacations.

Perfect Week Away!
Loved this spotlessly clean, updated condo in HHB&T Club. Everything on the listing was accurate from photos, to it being steps from the beach and pool. Loved renting the bikes for the week right on the property and taking the free Breeze trolley right out front. Everything was easy and my grown daughter and I had a lovely time together here.

Anniversary getaway in Hilton Head

I hate to share how nice this condo is for fear that it will be all booked up the next time we want to visit HHI! 😀 The condo is beautifully decorated inside. Excellent attention to details - great ceiling fans, extra linens, toiletries to get you started, all the kitchen appliances you could need, Roku TVs, beach chairs, a cooler…. And the view was outstanding from the unit. I loved being able to sit on the couch and see the ocean. Easy access to the beach over the dunes. Thank you for a fantastic visit! We will be back!

The Villa is Just as described! Beautiful HHI property & amazing view. Kathy was wonderful to work with. We decided on our last day to extend for more more night & the process was seamless. Would highly recommend renting this lovely villa for a couple or small family. 🏝️

Perfect spring break!

Wonderful stay start to finish!
We had a great stay! The unit was exactly what we were hoping for: great for our family of 3, very well maintained, great view, and location was just right. Beach was so close, and the property reflected the HHI feel we were looking for. Host provided great information as soon as we booked and made the entire process very easy for us. I would absolutely stay here again (and hope we do!).
