3 bedroom remodeled villa in Palmetto Dunes, with an extra-large deck overlooking the 2nd hole of Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course and lush views of the lagoon.

This two-story villa has all new furniture and renovated kitchens and bathrooms. The primary bedroom on the first floor has a king bed and a large en-suite bathroom with a designer walk-in shower. The main living area offers a large open floor plan that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room and leads right onto the spacious private deck. The two bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a double vanity sink and a tub and shower combo. The first guest bedroom on the second floor features a new queen-size bed, and the second features a bunk bed with a twin over a full. The second guest bedroom also features a convenient desk to complete any "work from anywhere" tasks.

This villa is in close proximity to the community pool, a short 10-minute walk to the tennis and pickleball courts, and a quick 15-minute walk to the beach.

The world-famous Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort is a 2000-acre community that stretches from its 3 miles of white sandy beaches, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis and pickleball courts. There is also a convenient bikeway/walkway under William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Center, which feature a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants.

Wonderful house on the golf course
We stayed here in late July. Two middle aged adults, two young adults, and two teenagers. Loved the Palmetto Dunes community and the house itself. Backyard was a hole on the Robert Trent Jones golf course. We saw lots of deer every night. Trolly picked us up multiple times to go to the beach, general store, pickleball, etc. Excellent service. No problems at all with the property. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful, relaxing and great location
We been coming to Hilton Head for years and this was our first time in Queens Grant villa the location, our unit was clean and well equipped with everything that we needed i mean it was very relaxing and cozy &has a great view of the golf course and the lagoon. Hilton Head Island Inc. facilitate our stay with useful information and assistance as needed there's a easy access to the beach,local shopping and restaurants, if your a golfer theres plenty of golf courses in the area.We enjoyed the fourth of July show at Sea pines Harbour town our favorite breakfast location was the French Bakery lunch at Skull Creek Boathouse and Dinner at the Quarter deck. Hilton Head island is a beautiful place and my personal favorite traditional travel destination every year to create memories with my family that'll last for generations.

Perfect family vacation!
Our family of 6 had the best vacation on HHI this year and this property was a highlight! We checked in after hours and picking up our parking pass was a breeze. The home was very clean and well stocked. We loved the back deck:) So very quiet! The ice maker was not working when we got there. Before we could let them know a repair man came to fix it. There must have been a request in from the previous guest. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to HHI.

Queens Grant excels again!
HHI is our home away from home & this is our 2nd Labor Day staying in Queens Grant. You cannot go wrong choosing this rental in this spectacular community! Huge deck right on the golf course was a great way to spend the morning caffeinating. The large open first floor perfect for cards, eating & chilling. The bedrooms were clean and spacious enough for our teens & their friends to have their own spots to hideout. Only a 15’ walk to the beach; a quicker bike ride or you can call the Palmetto Dunebuggy for free service to and from the beach!! Also ride bikes to mini golf, breakfast, wherever! Would rent again. 💯 recommend.

The property met all of our family expectations. The location was great, and we loved how secluded it was, but at the same time loved looking out onto the golf course. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. We would definitely come back in the future!

The house was in a spectacular location. Short walk or bike ride to the beach and set on the golf course. The back porch was the perfect hangout spot. The house was clean and ready to go at check in time. The property manager remained in contact and ensured that we were enjoying our stay all week. Highly recommend this property for a Hilton Head getaway!

Great Place!
This condo and location were great. Super private location within Queens Grant. Backs up to golf course and you can’t see any other decks or condos from the back deck. Interior was very clean, up to date and spacious. Overall, would stay here again and recommend to others.

Overall nice property. Haleigh was very responsive to all my questions and concerns. The towels need to be upgraded & few more kitchen items added. The patio needed some attention to get the mold off, which my husband completed. A little noisy in the very early morning with the golf course crew getting started sunrise. Haleigh was very attentive and got us a new sweeper to use during our stay & extra cleaning supplies.

Amazing stay!
The property was good - you’ll find everything you need there. Amazing location. The patio needs to be painted. we also saw more than usual insects inside the house but it’s hard to get away from them during the summer. I would recommend an extra pest control/treatment for this property though. Overall, it was a great stay and we are likely to return next summer!

Great family home with Disney Beach house beach access
Easy check in, quiet location off beaten path. limited vechical parking available for beach access. 2 beach access areas, one is Disney beach house with a short matted walk way. Just a phone call required for Shuttle service for ride two beach access or grocery store only 10-20 min wait time. Huge back porch 3 to 4 times bigger then any other property in area for those who enjoy grilling and relaxing outside Also deck has gate can put a lock on, great if have small children who like playing outside.

Me and my friends were here for a long weekend golf tournament. The house we stayed in was right on the 2nd hole of Robert Trenton Jones course. The house was perfect size. Very well decorated and kept clean. I will definitely book this house every year for the golf tournament.
