3090 Seascape is an updated, bright townhome located in South Forest. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental featues an open floor plan and large, private outdoor space.

The living area features comfortable furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, as well as a flat screen TV and access to the private patio complete with a gas grill.
The dining area seats 6 comfortably and has view of the living area and patio. The kitchen features plenty of counter space, stainless appliances and everything you'll need to cook a meal for your guests.

Up the stairs you'll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, floor to ceiling windows and private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom features two queen beds and has access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Seascape allows TWO vehicles and requires each vehicle to have a car pass. Please specify number of car passes that are needed.

Overall experience
Dated property & had a musty smell & both bathrooms were on the 2nd floor ( also smaller that anticipated). But , good location within walking distance to beach & bicycle rentals & shops . Overall experience was good .

HHI Seascape 3090
This property is in need of a few improvements to enhance the stay. 1st, there is a rat trap outside the front door. That's disgusting. Also the Beach Wagon was outside the door upright and filled with water. I had to bail the water out to use it. Upon walking in we found the smoke detector on the floor and batteries scattered. Never could find a back. The Velcro is not sufficient to hang it. The bedroom's need ceiling fans! The unit never cooled enough to sleep comfortably. The musty smell was very obvious. Perhaps a dehumidifier on the air unit would help. All in all pretty disappointed for the money I spent. would be warrented. comfortably.

Clean and comfortable
The unit was clean and well-provided. It was at the very back of the complex, so it was a bit of a walk to the beach. No maps or directions to the beach were given, and there was no beachside bathroom cabana anywhere in sight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and convenient
I wasn't crazy about the outside appearance but the inside was nice. We weren't able to find/gain access to the private beach and cabanas but it was a less than a 10 minute walk to the public beach. We liked how close it was to everything. Cons: couldn't get the TV in the master to work, water temp in shared bathroom shower was lukewarm at best. The baby gator in the pond/stream freaked me out a bit but we were in SC LOL. Pros: location, size of rooms, iron, beach chairs, quick walk to the beach.

It mets our needs...
First, I would say that I probably will not rent from the management team again. There were no maps of the property provided or specific things marking the "beach" access. I understand the check out time is 10 am. But, the inspection manager was there as we were walking out the door at 10 am. Now for the property: The upstairs shower leaked through to kitchen floor, this was clearly not the first incident because there's a "trap door" in the ceiling where the water was leaking from. The dishwasher didn't work, at all. The pin that marked the property showed it at the front of the complex, when in reality, it was at the back, the very back. There are no ceiling fans upstairs in the bedrooms, we bought our own box fans to allow for air movement upstairs. Overall the property was very clean, well furnished, and there were plenty of towels. The kitchen is sparsely appointed, so don't plan on cooking anything complex if you're here for the week. Overall, I would probably not rent this property again.

Condo was nice. All bathrooms are on 2nd floor w/bedrooms, so a bit of an inconvenience, but not a huge deal. There was no host book to give us recommendations on local restaurants, activities, general information about the unit, etc. However there was a laminated sheet on front of the fridge with general rules from the property management company covering pets, trash, quiet hours, etc. The listing mentions access to private beach cabana bathroom and email with check in info provides code but there were no instructions on where this bathroom was located and how to get there from the unit itself. Luckily we stumbled across as we went exploring. The unit had 1 trash bag in the very small under sink trash can. Didn’t last long with 5 people and cooking in a couple meals per day. Kitchen was decently appointed. The second bathroom’s shower stall leaked onto the floor no matter what we did and would soak a towel we put there to avoid it. A minor annoyance but not a huge deal overall. Overall a nice stay and convenient access to the beach.
