There is additional seating for 4 at the breakfast table off the kitchen.

The beautifully updated kitchen features textured granite counters, new cabinetry and stainless appliances. A powder room can also be found on this level.

Both bedrooms can be found on the second floor. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and views of the golf course and lagoon. The private bathroom has two vanity areas and a large, tiled walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen size bed and a twin bed and has access to a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Pet fee is $225 plus tax per dog. Max is 2 dogs.

Beachwalk is the closest villa complex to the beach in Shipyard Plantation and has an on-site communal pool. In addition, the golf and racquet clubs, and the Sonesta Resort are close by. This complex is not equipped with elevators, use of stairs would be required. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex.
