Renovated and completely refurbished, this villa, with an additional Carolina room, two-car garage, and panoramic golf views, resides in a quaint, gated community. Backed up to the Port Royal Golf Club Barony Golf Course, you will enjoy panoramic views of the exquisite seventh-hole fairway and green as well as the eight tee and fairway from anywhere in the villa - the perfect sight for any golf lovers in your group!

Featuring cathedral ceilings, a sitting area, and a 50-inch TV, as well as an en suite that hosts a dual granite vanity, a roomy walk-in shower, and a large walk-in closet, it won't be hard to savor any downtime you have in your suite. The second bedroom has a private en suite bath, a smart TV, a spacious closet, and a large bay window to let in all the natural light you could want. The third bedroom features an attached full bathroom, with dual entry to the sleeping area and the living room, a smart TV, and a large closet. There's no shortage of space or comfort at Links 8B.

lovely home
Very nice house that was beautifully decorated with lots of amenities. Would rent it again. We had an issue with wifi and the owner graciously gave us a credit. A problem with the television had happened with the previous tenants and Vacasa should have followed up with the cable company. When our rental began not only was there a problem with the TV but then we had no internet from Sunday until noon on Tuesday. I spent a lot of time speaking with the property manager and two long calls with the cable company. Vacasa dropped the ball on this one. Not a great way to start your vacation but this has nothing to do with the beautiful home just the management company.

Great house and location
This was our second year at this house and probably 8th or 10th at Port Royal. Very quiet in the house and neighborhood. Short walk to beach. If the house came with any discounts at the Port Royal Tennis and Racket and Golf club it would be ideal. Using those amenities can be very pricy. we completely enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Overall we were very pleased with this unit. Very clean and reasonably well stocked. Nice golf view. Nice televisions in each room. Can walk to the beach but due to new construction the typical shortcuts were not available. Cons: all minor. The requirement to check in at Vacasa prior to the property was inconvenient. Limited turnaround space for a car as the unit is at end of narrow access road.

This was a lovely stay - impeccably clean and a nice setup. The sunroom was my favorite spot to sit and relax. The bedrooms were spacious and we had everything we needed. A quiet and safe neighborhood too.

We take a trip to Hilton Head every year, this house was one of the best when it comes to being stocked. Clean and accurate on all details. Love seat pullout bed sank was broken when we arrived. Bathrooms at the pool require a number code to unlock, that would have been useful. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful visit.
Beautiful house in a very convenient location to the beach, tennis, golf and restaurants. We especially enjoyed sitting in the winter/room overlooking the 8th tee area. It was so much fun to observe/critique golfers swings. Very quiet house and area.

Beautiful and peaceful rental with great views
We really enjoyed our stay at this rental, and it really made our time in Hilton Head so enjoyable. The location is great in a quiet gated community and next to a golf course. It was so nice to wake up to the peaceful views each morning. We really enjoyed the golf cart and it made getting to the public beach so easy! Our kids also enjoyed the golf cart rides! The unit was updated, clean, spacious, and well maintained. We had our family and extended family with us and there was plenty of space. During our stay we had a few issues which the management company was able to address quickly. We plan to come back and stay again for future trips to Hilton Head!

Property was clean, well equipped, quiet and private. Everything was in working order. However, the listing said "short walk" to the beach, and this is completely false. It is 0.92 miles from the front door of 8B to the beach boardwalk at Islander Beach Park (clocked with a running app). When we booked, we wrongly thought there must be a direct beach access for Port Royal properties providing a short walk. Instead, it is nearly a mile through a busy narrow parking lot to crowded Islander Beach Park with young children and grandparents in tow. The golf cart that was provided literally saved the vacation. This rental needs to read "one mile from beach, golf cart provided"

The property was perfect. It is one of the cleanest vacations I have ever been in. Having the golf cart made trips to the beach a breeze. This was our first trip to Hilton Head and I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone.
