Our Villa is at the front of the Beachwalk (#107) which has the best and quickest beach access of any condo complexes in the Shipyard plantation, it's only a short (5 minute) tree shaded walk along the beach path to the Shipyard Beach Club and to the Atlantic Ocean. It is across the street from the Sonesta Beach Resort, the Van der Meer Tennis Center, and 27 holes of championship golf. It’s just a short walk to the Beachwalk community pool. Shipyard has two gated entrances providing quick access to everything on the island. Your booking includes the charge for one Shipyard Gate pass, one additional pass is available for a $25 fee, just ask at your time of booking.

This one level, first floor open concept living/dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Dine inside or out on the elevated deck overlooking the lagoon and glimpses of the golf course. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The second full bathroom is off of the hallway.

Nice beach getaway
We enjoyed our stay in this Beachwalk condo. Cliff was very helpful and very responsive to any questions we had. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach! If we are ever in Hilton Head again we would definitely consider staying here again

Lovely Fall Break!
We love thw Beachwalk community. Iteasily accessible to the beach, close to the Sonesta for restaurants and spa, and Shipyard in general is an ideal middle Island location. The unit we stayed in was beautiful, with spacious rooms and lots of windows. Big bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We will definitely stay there again! In fact, we asked the owner for an extra night or two but they were already booked.

Great week in a wonderful location
We brought two dogs with us. The condo was PERFECT for bringing pets. It was tucked back in a private area so the dogs did not hear a lot of noise outside. It also was very close to the beach, the pool and the walking trail. There was green space to walk the dogs and bags available all over the beachwalk area even though we did come well prepared. We are hoping to visit again next year!

We have stayed at Beachwalk, at least five times. So appreciative to really have a place that is walkable to the beach. This condo is well furnished, plenty of space. Although not mentioned in the description of property, there were beach, chairs, and umbrella, a beach buggy, even a dog crate. It would’ve been nice to know those things were there rather than us lugging all of that along with us. The host was so quick to respond with all my different questions.

Nice property, first floor with deck. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. The last day of our stay the AC decided to stop working, so Cliff arranged the repair crew to come at 8 am in the morning and everything was fixed. Definitely planning on coming back next year.

I was pleased with the setting once I realized the lay of the land. I guess I was more inline thinking this was handicapped, stairs. My sister is handicapped , but we made it through. The only thong I need to be honest, the couch is stinky, I was going to get comfortable and watch a movie and I just couldn't sit there, get rid of couch put in pleather! I love ❤️ the area, I was able to unwind and relax there! Thankyou

Our great winter getaway
We are from Chicago and recently retired, and sought warmer climes for a couple of weeks in late January/early February. This unit fit the bill. Cliff is wonderful to work with and extremely attentive. We loved the "short shaded walk" to the beach, and took long walks there every day. The location is perfect for that and just for getting around in general. The unit is clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a beautiful outdoor area. We also thought it was well-furnished and appointed. We would definitely return, both at wintertime and in the summer with family in tow.

Very pleasant and friendly community and villa. Short walk to the beach, and plenty of entertainment and stellar restaurants. Owner leaves tips on places to eat and visit, which we really appreciated! Not to mention clear instructions posted for small things like trash pickup and recycle, etc. we loved our stay!

Good overall but
Overall this was a good condo, had a nice layout, was an easy walk to the beach, and true to the photos. We enjoyed our stay at HHI. I expected it to be fairly quiet based on the listing and prior reviews, but we frequently heard the people in the condo above in the evening moving around and what sounded like furniture being moved. Not ideal for our 3 month old daughter’s early bedtime. During our visit, there were no hot pads in the kitchen to take things out of the oven. I reached out to the owner and he said he was already aware. We ended up using bath towels to take pizza from the oven because there weren’t many kitchen towels provided. Hopefully the hot pads will be replaced for future guests to cook. Overall, this was a good condo and stay. Will look elsewhere next time.

We had a terrific trip to Hilton Head. The property was perfect for us - close to both the beach and the tennis courts at Van der Meer tennis. The community pool was closed for two days so we rode bikes.
