Relaxing stay

We Loved This Home!!
My family and I rented this for the Labor Day weekend. We’ve been through a lot this year And really needed some time to get away. This house was beautiful! We had everything we needed and some. The screened porch is perfect and the The beach is only a short walk away. We Can’t wait to get back there next year!

Beautiful Marsh House
We had a wonderful experience - the house was well equipped, very clean, and in a great location. We saw a manatee swimming in the march, as well as lots of birds. The pool was wonderful and everyone in the family LOVED this property. The only downfall was I wish there was an additional bathroom on the floor with three bedrooms. Even with that minor flaw, we would book this property again.

Very nice, very well kept. My wife loved the whole lay-out of the property.
My family enjoyed the location, Close to the ocean, the stores. I enjoyed a round of golf at George Fazio designed course. We had two small problems on arrival and they were both fixed in less than a day. The house was ideal for my families needs. as a family and individually we had a wonderful week. Enjoyed the bikes that were there. One bike had its chain off but I didn't have any problems putting it back on. My family enjoyed the ability to walk to the beach and the General Store.

This property was perfect celebrating our 50th Anniversary with family.
All 11 of us were perfectly comfortable in this home. The kitchen and outdoor space in particular were amazing. Privacy was terrific. The beds were perfect and everyone was comfortable .We had 5 grand kids with us ages 9 - 14 and all had room and interests to keep them happy. Fishing off the property kept the older boys very happy. We would like to recommend that the home would provide 4-6 beach chairs. We were lucky to have fantastic weather in the 70's and would have loved to sit on the beach. We could not sit down which was not good. We did not bring our own beach towels because it was February. Just be aware of the "no seeums" at certain times of the year. Again, it was February but the deck had no comfortable chairs out. Please advise renters to bring enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, sponges and other such supplies. There were no salt and pepper shakers, spices, etc. so bring your own. These are just little things that did not detract from our rental experience. This home is amazing. We loved it!

The house was beautiful and well maintained inside. We were extremely pleased with everything. The outside showed a dock for fishing, however the dock was broken. There was caution tape across it, it had obviously been broken for awhile. We had grandchildren who were excited to fish from it, and we were extremely disappointed. We were not notified or compensated for this, and the management company ignored my email. Overall very satisfied with the house and its amenities. We felt this problem should have been addressed.

Overall nice property, nice pool, no covered outside area, furniture by pool had no cushions
Overall house was very nice, sliding doors in living area would not open so you had to walk all the way around house to grill. Patio furniture had no cushions and seat was dry rotted. House needs extra ice maker, refrig ice maker will not keep up with more than four people. Enjoyed pool very much and the marsh canals provided some good fishing when tide going out. 15 min walk to beach, not too bad. Would probably rent again if nothing else closer to beach.

Disappointed
This house was a disappointment. It was evident that the "completely remodeled" home was poorly done. There weren't adequate window coverings in the home. No privacy, not to mention waking up at the crack of dawn. The pool lights didn't work nor did the spa jets. The pool chairs were in need of padding and a paint job. The towel racks in the bathrooms were falling apart. Spots of the house were chilled while other parts were warm. The house lacked bedroom dressers. Overall not a comfortable house and certainly overpriced in my opinion. Way nicer rentals in same location.

Awesome, large house for several families or for a golfers escape
We stayed here at the end of October and were lucky that the house was still available given Hurricane Matthew. There were 6 of us, all College friends, who just wanted a get away for a long weekend. The house is awesome. A pool and hot tub greet you as you arrive. The large deck overlooks the marsh in the back and has an outdoor table and grill. But inside the home is all brand new stuff. There are five large bedrooms. Four of the five have either a king or queen bed, so great for multiple couples. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms have all been nicely redone. They have a washer and dryer for your clothes, and another set in the garage for the "sandy" clothing and towels! Nice touch. The location is awesome, near Tower Beach and walking distance to many other attractions. We were very happy here and I'd come back again, perhaps with my family for a longer time.
