Great location, comfortable accommodations!
We took the kids down for the Fourth of July and stayed for five nights. Beautiful weather, even on the day it rained we could still swim and walk. Coming back to the condo we found plenty of space to rest, clean-up, cook and relax. Hands down, weā€™d repeat a stay here. If you donā€™t like sun, sea and pickleball, you might want to find another place.

Love this place
I have stayed on this property four times now. This unit was clean had all the things you need very well stocked. My only wish was for a Keurig and maybe some more towels as I traveled with a bunch of teenage girls so we went through a lot of towels, but otherwise the place was awesome. This complex is so convenient with restaurants easy access to the beach and a large pool. Bonus points for Pickleball courts as well. Perfect place for a family.

Had a great time staying at this condo! It had everything we needed and more! We loved the size and cleanliness of the condo, the short, easy walk to the beach, the huge pool and the fact that there was always security personnel to check cars driving into the complex. The owners are also wonderful! They gave us many ideas for things to do and places to eat! Check in/ check out instructions were also easy to follow and understand. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time! The apartment was clean, comfortable. It was well stocked, there were even beach chairs and a cooler on wheels, beach toys, pretty much anything you could possibly need. There were hooks everywhere, which was nice so our towels and suits could actually dry easily. The beach was an easy walk and the pool was great. It was convenient to have three restaurants on the property. Plenty or parking and everything was an easy drive away. We had a blast!

Wonderful stay!
This was a very nice condo, clean, with a nice variety of kitchen appliances and there was a closet with many beach chairs and umbrellas and toys and gamesā€” a very nice addition. The stairs are not that bad, but obviously could be an issue for some. Overall it was a 5/5 for us. It was exactly what we expected and desiredā€” nothing super fancy but homey and clean and comfortable. It was perfect!

First time to HHI!
Tom and Bethā€™s place is great! Plenty of space, very clean and in a quiet corner of the complex. The kitchen is well-equipped and if youā€™re not cooking, there are restaurants on site. We appreciated the communication before our trip and fast reply when we had a question. The steps are no joke so make sure youā€™re up for that lol The pool bar/concession is awesome. The pool did not appear to be heated. The beach itself is gorgeous and some of the softest sand Iā€™ve felt! It was nice having access to beach chairs/umbrella from this unit. Thank you for providing a great space for our memory making!!

It was a overall great stay. The only thing there is no washer and dryer and no towel service. There was only 4 bath towels and 4 wash clothes. You had to use the coin laundry to wash towels

Good, but so many stairs
The condo was decently cleaned, it was close to the beach and a playground which was nice. But itā€™s on the 3rd floor and thereā€™s no elevator. It was terrible going up and down all those stairs everyday. Also the cleaners requested not to strip the beds, just to leave them unmade which I thought was odd and gave me anxiety wondering if the bedding had been laundered. It was a great experience otherwise.

This location was Great! Easy beach access. Condo was very well-stocked. Even did some baking. It was Fun to explore Hilton Head Island -even in November! The Host was terrific as we needed to make some modifications due to a family emergency. Definitely Recommend!!
