The Villa is especially bright and airy due to it being an end unit, having more windows allowing for natural light from the South Carolina sunshine. The Villa is fully equipped to make you at home while at the beach. This Villa has been completely remodeled to include: stainless steel appliances, kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring throughout, furniture in every room, new bathroom with walk in shower, new fixtures, etc.

Your long-past-due beach retreat awaits you the moment you arrive at this one bedroom, one bathroom Ocean Villa that is nestled in the Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort. You'll be charmed by the coastal decor throughout and the very short walk to the beach, pool, restaurants, etc.

The property features an open floor concept, making the unit ideal for a couple's getaway or a family with a young child or two. With plush furniture and a large smart TV, the inviting living room provides the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.

Adjoining the living room is the large, modern kitchen with full size appliances and a dining table for meals. the fully equipped kitchen makes it ideal and convenient for a short or long term stay.

After a fun-filled day on the sandy shores of Hilton Head Island, you'll be happy to retreat to the extra large bedroom featuring a very comfortable King bed. You'll also be able to use the full size sleeper sofa that is ideal for young children. If you're traveling with an infant, there's no need to bring along a pack and play as we provide one for your convenience.

Be sure to make use of all the amazing community amenities that our resort has to offer. Enjoy the largest beach front pool on the island and the numerous pool side lounge chairs. Right next to the pool is Jamaica Joe'z beach bar featuring a large menu and the best tropical drinks on the island. The resort also has a fitness center, pickle ball and tennis courts, three restaurants, a kids playground, and a common area laundry facility within our building.
