'SEA-esta' is renovated 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom 2-story end-unit town home in the Ocean Breeze Villas complex in Hilton Head Island, SC.

Sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 kids with a queen size sleeper sofa.

Well-behaved house-trained pets welcome.

It’s just a short 10-minute stroll to the beach, close to the pool, and Coligny Plaza!

The difference is in the details. SEA-esta offers a turn-key vacation experience. The villa has new furnishings, paint, hardwood floors, and tile. There are more features than you can imagine. We’ve tried to supply everything you would possibly need during your stay. All linens are provided as well as beach equipment, baby/children’s gear, entertainment, kitchen supplies, paper goods, and even dog bowls! Just pack your clothes and toiletries- your vacation is waiting for you.

Inside you will find all of the amenities of home including a comfortable living area with leather sofa and a flat screen TV, wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, large comfortable master bedroom with king bed and a newly renovated private bath, and second bedroom with two twin beds (can be converted to a king) also with a renovated private bath.

There are 3 flat screen televisions as well as DVD player, DVDs, books, and games for the kids and their parents. Nature provides the rest...sunshine, sand & surf, and blue skies. What more could you ask for?

** Smoking Is NOT permitted in the townhouse

** PET FRIENDLY ** Well-behaved house-trained dogs under 50 lbs are welcome with $90 fee. It’s cheaper than a kennel! (Sorry, no cats.)

All in-season rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. Out-of-season rentals are available for shorter periods of time.

Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis. To hold your reservation, a deposit of 50% is required. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.

A security deposit in the amount of $300 is also required. This deposit will be fully refunded within 2-3 weeks after your departure, provided there is no loss or damage. State of SC tourism tax is 11% and will be added to your rental fee.

We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 years unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent for entire rental period.

Big apartment with all you need for a vacation
Very nice apartment with everything you need for a vacation with kids. Lots of space, clean, and not overstocked. Jason was not bothering us at all. Very close to the pool and beach. Amazing neighbors.

Great week at the beach!!
The property was clean and everything was exactly as it was described in the listing. Everything we needed to cook meals at home was available. The back door is literally steps from the pool! The walk to the beach is about 12 minutes. We usually drove and parked in the public lot across the street just because it was very hot this week and we had a lot of beach gear. The lot is metered parking, so bring quarters. Overall, I’d highly recommend this property and book it again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beds were very comfy and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed and then some. They had everything you could think of for small kids in case you forgot anything and the condo was very pet friendly. Our doggos loved being able to go to the beach with us this year! We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well-equipped with plates, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans etc. There was a pool just a few minutes away and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and friendly. A short drive to Coligny Beach, restaurants and stores. Jason and Devonna were very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely stay there again!

Location is wonderful. Quiet townhouse community only a few minutes’ walk from the beach. Dog-friendly (as are the beaches!). Comfortable, well-equipped space for our two-week stay. Communication with owners was excellent. This is an older community and the owners are clearly updating things. The only negative for us was the shag carpet upstairs. Would not hesitate to recommend.

This was our first visit to Hilton Head and it did not disappoint. Our hosts were fabulous and very responsive. The condo was very well located on the island. Close to everything! Family vacation with 3 kids plus a grandfather. Thought it was going to be a tight squeeze, but we actually had more than enough room. Three week stay
The location of this unit is great; 3/4 mile to beach and close to Coligny. We had an issue with the toaster and contacted owner and it was immediately replaced. The kitchen could use more coffee mugs and lacked a few things you might need if you do a lot of cooking but we made it work. I liked the cheerful decor and we found our bed to be comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
