Beautiful Couples Retreat Oceanview w/Bikes&Chairs

Beautiful renovation! Driftwood tile floors a king comfy bed, stainless appliances, ship lap walls, sliding barn doors and an incredible view of the ocean. Villa comes with chairs and bikes. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and entertainment. My wife, Kendall, and I have owned and rented condos on Hilton Head since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and manage a few others. We live on the island and are always available if needed (or for a good restaurant recommendation). Seaside is an oceanfront complex in walking distance from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. Direct beach access on the property. Biking is the most common form of transportation. Between biking and walking, you really don't need to drive anywhere unless you want to explore other parts of the island. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
