Beautifully renovated oceanview retreat, perfect for a romantic getaway or small family escape. Take in stunning views from your private balcony, relax with included beach chairs, or explore the island on two complimentary bikes. Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Lowcountry Celebration Park. You'll find features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.
