Beautifully renovated oceanview retreat, perfect for a romantic getaway or small family escape. Enjoy a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, driftwood tile floors, stainless steel appliances, shiplap walls, and barn doors that add charm and privacy. Take in stunning views from your private balcony, relax with included beach chairs, or explore the island on two complimentary bikes. Walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment—everything you need for a memorable Hilton Head stay.

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Lowcountry Celebration Park. You'll find features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

This is a lovely property in a great location in hilton head, close to a lot of things and more importanly, beach front. We had breakfast in the balcony everyday of our stay. The host was super responsive and always attentive in case we needed anything.

Great Condo, great location, great host!!

My daughter and I loved our stay! The condo is exactly as pictured, the community is well kept, clean and safe. The location is perfect just steps from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Kendall has thought of everything we could’ve needed from coffee and ice to beach chairs and toiletries! There was even a nice surprise of beautiful decorated cookies and snacks. I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. Communication was also fantastic! I’d definitely recommend renting from Kendall!

Great HHI location

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend with my family of three. Beautiful view off the balcony, short walk to the beach, and so close to shopping, restaurants, and the tiki hut. Condo was furnished so beautifully! A fun time was had by all!

Villa was very nice. The air conditioning did not reach back to the bedroom very well so an additional fan would have been nice and the patio furniture could be updated. Otherwise the villa was well equipped, easy access to the beach and a fantastic view. Having the bikes available was also a plus! Would stay here again!

Getaway to Refresh

The property was excellent and the view of the ocean was perfect. There was some construction going on with the parking lot. It did not deter my wife and I from fulfilling our purpose (rest). I will definitely book again in the very near future. The property was exactly as the listing!

Wonderful place to stay! Owner is super helpful and kind!! So accommodating. For sure the best owner I have ever communicated with. Condo has everything you need to make a trip to the beach easy. Bikes were so great to have to make a trip over to shopping center. Bike path leads right from condo. Highly recommend!!

Excellent location

The condo was very nice and updated. It was well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation, bikes, towels, cooler, chairs, and a wagon. It has a nice view of the ocean which is a short and easy walk. The owner is very responsive our coffee pot needed replacing and was done promptly. The only negative I have has to do with something out of the owners control and that was the noise above us, I think they must have been putting down floors by the way it sounded. I would definitely stay in this same condo again!
