3301 Sea Crest is a fantastic 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa on Hilton Head Island with spectacular panoramic oceanfront views. Located on the third floor, this designer decorated corner villa boasts ocean views from most rooms. Large windows offer fabulous views of two oceanfront swimming pools, lush tropical landscaping, and tall palm trees that surround the Sea Crest Resort. Travertine tiled floors lead from the foyer all throughout the villa. Guests will appreciate the great bedroom separation.
From the front entrance of the villa, there is a nicely decorated bedroom on the left with a king bed with pillow-top mattress, 32” flat screen TV, walk-in closet and twin trundle day bed to sit and read your favorite book on and then have for extra bedding. The private tiled bath has a generous sized single vanity and glass door walk-in shower.
The second bedroom, on the right, has 2 queen beds. A soothing color scheme, coupled with a wonderful view of the water gardens and a partial view of the ocean, will make this room a favorite. There is a 48” Samsung TV with DVD, a walk-in closet, and a cushioned chair. The en-suite bathroom has a large double vanity and a large combination tub/shower. There is a laundry room just outside this bedroom that has full-size washer and dryer plus a sink.
The Master Suite is located to the left of the kitchen. The master bedroom has magnificent oceanfront views and a sliding door out to the large balcony that has a table with 4 chairs. The bedroom offers a king bed, a 60” Sony TV with DVD, and heavy drapes so you can block out the light and sleep in late! The suite has a huge walk-in closet, a private bath with glass walk-in shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet.
Guests will love the bright sunny kitchen with its extra window and a superb view of the swimming pool and Atlantic Ocean. The kitchen is adjacent to both the dining area and the living room, and has grey Corian counters with stainless steel appliances and a wine fridge. Start out your day at the breakfast bar, which has 4 stools or enjoy your cup of coffee on the small, adjacent balcony with a high top table and 2 high top chairs. There’s nothing better than watching the sunrise! The dining area features a round glass table on a rattan base with seating for 6.
The main living area, which can be seen from the front door, offers seating for everyone. After a fun day at the beach, it will be great to relax and watch your favorite movie on the large 65” wall-mounted HDTV and DVD player. Enjoy a wonderfully comfortable sectional couch with lots of pillows and an over-sized armchair.

Exterior Project: A significant and extensive exterior project is scheduled to start on October 7th, 2024, and continue through May 1st, 2025. This project is expected to impact quiet enjoyment, views, parking, and balcony access. If you are considering renting during this time, we encourage you to contact our office for updates regarding the project’s progress.
Lagoon Repairs: Lagoon repairs are currently underway for the foreseeable future. The lagoons have been drained, cleaned, and the liner is being replaced. There is no estimated completion date at this time.
