A "Royal Dream" on Royal Tern in Sea Pines is appropriately named as it is one of the select few in our signature Lowcountry Manor Collection, which features island homes with the perfect coastal comfort.

This chic coastal retreat is just a few sandy steps to the beach. This island retreat's spacious, open, and airy layout features 3 separate living spaces, including an extensive outdoor covered cooking and dining area with a fireplace.

Everything was incredible
This property, service and amenities were everything and more we could have hoped for. The pool and outdoor area was the perfect spot to relax and commune, while the rooms, beds, and baths were incredibly comfortable. The high end amenities (appliances, Sonos speakers, tv, ) were all top end. And the location was more than ideal. Cannot wait to come back!

Great Experience
We had a wonderful stay with four families, all with young adult children. The location is fantastic and I don’t think you can beat being in Sea Pines. The layout of the house is a little funky but it works really well for large groups with areas in the house that can be separated off if some in your group need a little more privacy. The Vacation Company were wonderful property managers and very quick to respond to any questions that we had during our stay. I would highly recommend this location.

Perfect location
This was perfect for our family event. We had plenty of space, location was amazing(just off the beach) and the house was big without feeling overwhelming. Staff was helpful with all our questions. Check in and check out was probably the easiest and fastest process I have seen yet. Would definitely rent here again!
