This is located within a residential community but perfectly placed near everything Hilton Head has to offer.

Stressful check-in, decent and clean property

This was one of the most stressful experiences in terms of check-in. We showed up at the property to find out a key pad but the property manager failed to provide the PIN in advance. Luckily, we ran into one of her employees, Tom, in the neighborhood who was extremely nice and helpful and he let us in with his code while I was getting in touch with the property manager by email. She did respond immediately but gave us the wrong PIN. I overheard her talking with Tom insisting she has given me the PIN, which I knew she had not, and only added to my exasperation. Other than that, the property was very clean and looked nice. Beds were not too comfortable. Overall, I think the villa was a bit overpriced in my opinion and because of the check-in process I won't be returning again. The property manager was not especially friendly and never apologized, which she should have. We paid good money to stay there and are not happy with our overall experience and how we were treated, which affected the positivity of our stay.

Good location and great price for weekend trip

In town for a weekend for my son’s golf tournament and this was a perfect location and much larger than similar priced hotels with a much farther commute. Certainly not a vacation location but great for business trips or golf trips like ours. Host had great communication and place was identical to description and incredibly clean!
