101 Barrington Arms is a fully renovated villa showcasing the best of Palmetto Dunes condo rentals on Hilton Head. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property includes updated bathrooms and 18” x 18” tile flooring throughout the open kitchen, living room and dining room. The kitchen also offers new cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, silestone countertops and a laundry area. A breakfast bar with 2 bar stools opens the kitchen into the dining and living areas.

The spacious living area has plenty of seating and a separate dining area with a table that seats 6. There is a 40” flat screen TV as well as sliding doors that lead to the balcony.

The master bedroom suite with a king bed also has access to the balcony. There is a vanity/desk area, a 31 inch flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a newly remodeled walk-in shower. The second bedroom, located on the other side of the living room, has two double beds and a bathroom with a newly remodeled standard shower/tub combination. The guest bedroom, bathroom and hallway includes a privacy door that separates it from the living room area.
