Just say “No!”
The hotel was extremely worn out. I was given a “handicap” room. The air conditioner literally sounded like a lawnmower, it was so loud. The towels were threadbare. The housekeepers were very loud in the mornings despite my do not disturb sign, they were in the hallway and oblivious to the circumstances.

DON'T STAY HERE!!!! DISGUSTING!!!
I put my team of worker in this hotel while working in that area. They said "this is the worst hotel they have ever stayed in, bed bugs, wall stains, smells bad." one of my guys didn't even sleep in the bed. We rent a lot of hotels and this will not be one ever again, and i feel like we should get a FULL refund. Disgusting.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. This is our third day and we couldn’t be more impressed by the staff. The breakfast could be improved however it was better this time than last.

Staff was excellent. Room was average. Pool area and designated smoking area had WAY too many cigarette butts and trash. Rather inconvenient location. Much better to stay across the highway at the Hampton Inn or any of the other hotels in the Bluffton area that are just better and have easier access to restaurants. I’ve spent a lot of time around Hilton Head Island and Bluffton and this hotel is simply not a place that I would ever stay at again. Staff was excellent so it’s not their fault for this honest review.

The front lobby was clean but the room had a musty wet smell. And it got worse during the stay. Concierge stated it was one of their best ones. Carpet even felt damp at times.
