I'm not sure why this place has a bad reputation with the locals, as far as cleanliness. I thought it was outstanding, clean and good breakfast.

Room very clean but basic!! Refrigerator needs to be de-iced.Landscape needs to be cleaned and updated.Roofing fascia was missing in places, fascility needs to be painted upscale colors!! Theres no flowers or items of decor present. Hotel room window was wide open when we entered.Needed to locked and we were placed onto 2nd floor..There is no elevators and worry that seniors or disabled customers could use.. Overall...good for 1 nite stays!!

Room great, Swimming pool was nice, staff is wonderful, housekeeping is very good, staff is friendly. Very inconvenient that there are no laundry services because washer and dryer are broken and stay broken the whole month we were there. It was excessive that they charge $20 every night for a pet.

The room was clean and lots of space. The TV didn't work, but the front desk guy fixed it quickly. The bathroom was clean and updated. The shower drain didn't drain fast, seems to be clogged, but housekeeping said they'd fix it. The bed was super comfy and many pillows to pick from. I'd definitely stay again if needed. The price was good. They have a pool, but I didn't have time to swim or peek at the amenities. Breakfast was available, but I didn't eat it, ran out of time.

We stayed here for our second time this year. Very clean rooms and lobby. Pool is pretty great. Friendly staff. Only problem we had was the breakfast was still cold, because the appliance had either been turned off or forgotten to be turned on. No problem though, we cranked up the heat, so it would get hot…ate out breakfast, and then turned everything down to warm. Great experience there, and will continue to choose this hotel for our family visit trips!!

Amenities say laundry, but they do not have laundry. Both washer and dryer Out of order for a long time. Breakfast is the same every day and never changes but OK. Staff is very friendly and nice, Rooms are very nice and clean. People with pets are put in rooms near the back door, which is good and thoughtful for pet owners and those who do not like pets. No laundry is very inconvenient

Quiet, Convenient, Restful
Friendly staff. Quick response to questions. Breakfast very good. Lobby and eating area comfortable and clean. Not a luxury hotel. A nice, quiet, relaxing stay. Carpet in our room was vacuumed well but needed washing.
