Discover the beauty of Highlands from this 3-sleeping suite villa. Nestled in the mountains of this charming village, our superb property offers a phenomenal stay for guests. With 3 queen beds, our nice villa comfortably accommodates a couple or group of friends and family. You'll find all the essentials you need, including a washing machine, AC, WiFi, heating. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers in a wet room setting Whether you're exploring the local attractions or simply relaxing in the cozy living spaces, enjoy your time in Highlands at our Modern Mountain Villa. Brand new Villa available for Occupancy September 2024.
Our mountain villa is at 102 Cornet Lane in Highlands. Located 3.4 miles to Highlands city center. Schools and medical facilities nearby. The home as two primary suites each with en-suite shower room and access to the large back porch. The 3rd bedroom suite is located in the mezzanine. The common areas are open with 20' ceilings, transom windows and french doors opening to large back porch. The villa is completely furnished with high end appliances, queen size electric beds, lounge chairs and 8 person dining table. The porch has live edge eating tables with 6 chairs, two living room areas.

Access to and parking for 102 Cornet Lane is from an upper driveway parking area between the two houses.

We are offering our Villa for Annual lease at 4295$ per month + utilities. Security deposit is 1 months rent. We accept pets max of 2 with a monthly pet fee of 75$ each.
Access to visit is easy. Call Vanette to coordinate an in person visit.

The RD first floor of building is a separate studio unit. Access to the Studio at 102A Cornet Lane is from lower driveway and parking. There is no access between the Villa and Studio they are completely independent.
During your stay at this villa, you're just a quick walk from Nantahala National Forest. The villa offers 2 bathrooms and a fireplace.
