Book and enjoy this beautiful, clean, comfortable and relaxing four-season 1,200 sq ft chalet equipped with everything you need including an automatic, full house, backup generator (just in case). Enjoy your favorite beverage in front of the indoor gas fireplace or outdoor fire pit, whichever you choose.

This chalet is situated on one wooded acre in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood between both Higgins and Houghton lakes. Enjoy several outdoor activities. Whether it’s cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowshoeing, tubing, ice fishing, big game/small game hunting, trail riding (orv & sled) are all within minutes of this chalet. Access ORV riding trails and thousands of acres of state land trails from the driveway.

THE BLUE CHALET the indoor gas fireplace. Share memories within the open floor plan or around the outdoor fire campfire.
There is so many outdoor activities to enjoy in and around the area it gives me great pleasure to share my home with others.
My Chalet is located between both Higgins and Houghton lakes. 1.5 miles to Higgins Beach and Boat ramp and 7 miles to Houghton Lakes North Boat Launch. Explore riding ORV from the driveway through state land leading to Higgins Lake Trail Head.
Plenty of driveway parking for your vehicles and trailers.

The Blue Chalet
We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Chalet! Our friends were getting married at the Barn at Higgins Lake, which was a 2-min drive from the house or a 10-min walk. The property was clean, check-in process was so easy, and the decor was super cute! Plus, we really enjoyed the frosted mugs in the freezer, what a nice touch!

The Blue Chalet Saved Our Vacay!
The Blue Chalet was a beautiful, peaceful retreat for our vacation that didn’t start off very well at another resort. The owner was very helpful & kind. The chalet was close to the lake, restaurants, ice cream & trails. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back soon!

Cute house with plenty of room. Place was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to Higgins State Park beach - just 3 minutes down the road and to several ice cream shops for the kiddos. Nice place to stay and would recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish
Angelo was extremely kind, helpful, easy to reach and we couldn’t have asked for a more enjoyable experience in dealing with a landlord. The kids absolutely loved the house it was immaculate and had more to offer expected plenty to cook with, spices, etc!! Home was cosy and extremely clean comfortable and very homey feeling!
