The home promises quality family time inside and out: fishing off the dock on a private lake, host a barbecue on the deck, or have a fun-filled game night in the rec room with air hockey and theater seating. After a day of exploring the ski resorts or Yale University, unwind on the patio while you take in the panoramic views.

Important: Please be aware that the private pond located on the property is subject to Homeowners Association (HOA) rules and regulations. These rules strictly prohibit swimming, ice skating, and boating on or in the pond. Fishing off of the dock on the property is permitted. Millers Pond State Park is also within walking distance. These restrictions are in place for the safety of all residents and guests, as well as to protect the pond's ecosystem. All guests will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging their understanding and agreement to abide by these pond restrictions before their stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.
