I’ve stayed here several times while traveling to see family. This time it was not pleasant. My bed sheets had a cigarette burn in them, the pillow smelled like man’s cologne, and the towels were dingy beige. The carpet was slick and the shower needed updating.

The hot water didn’t work, the fridge wasn’t cold and the A/C didn’t blow cold at all, also there were roaches in the bathroom. They never cleaned the room either.

The staff was polite minus 1 or 2 giving dirty looks, the AC in the room was good but the carpet looks old, dirty and out dated. Almost like it's never been cleaned before. The bathroom felt a little crowded but the shower works great heat and pressure wise.

Room was filthy, they had no replacement rooms, management was unhelpful and not empathetic. They did nothing to fix the problem or compensate us for the stress and poor conditions.
