A great stay for not too much money.
It was a good stay: room fridge didn't work, guest laundry has apparently been down for awhile, but the hair dryer DID work, so I was finally able to get my hair clean. Breakfast was amazing.

The sofa bed was damaged, the sink didn't drain, the bathtub had mold, the carpet, chairs and curtain in the room were very dirty, the carpet in the hallway was also dirty, the air conditioning in the hallway and breakfast area didn't work, the only good thing was the attention of the lady who checked us in, she was great. I will never stay here again!

After spraying disinfectant the smell was still strong. The bathroom shower was disgusting. I just left the room. I was only there for an hour and decided to just leave.

The first room that we were put in had roaches, they moved us to a similar room with a king size bed and a pullout couch for our child and the pullout couch was broken and did not have a mattress. In the area where the mattress for the couch would be it looked like there was a mouse nest. The final room they moved us to was just as bad. Will NEVER visit again and also do not have a good outlook on comfort inn & suites.

I was informed at check out that I could not get a receipt... None had been printed out and the desk clerk refused to attempt to print one. While checking in, another guest and her husband propped open a side door in order to make it "easier" for them to enter with their dogs and luggage but almost impossible for anyone else to come in besides violating hotel policy about propping doors. We only stayed there as our usual stayover was booked due to FEMA employees. The hotel is tired and needs updating. Doors/drawers in the room not closing, shower head pulled away from the wall, stained (badly) carpet...

Very affordable, but rooms need attention
We booked a one-night stay and had an easy check in process, the room was clean as expected. Unfortunately there was significant mold in the shower/tub in the bathroom which did not feel sanitary. Breakfast in the morning definitely left something to be desired, the coffee had a bad taste, as though maybe the pots need to be cleaned.

Night managers and staff are not helpful
AC did not work right kept giving us a P4 code manager made me feel as I was stupid because he said let me make sure you don’t have it on heat. Told me to call and let him know if it was working or not and I called front desk and also walked down their waiting for him to come to the room and he never did lil red head girl at desk offered me a fan that was very small and dirty looked like it came out the dumpster I told her that would not help and she said it might help a little. Never seen the manager person again so we slept with the refrigerator open and my mom’s small fan. Very pretty hotel but the night people are not accommodating the guest and girl at the desk made me feel like I was bothering her and the manager. When I went to check out the next morning the lady did not even ask me how was my stay.

The room smelled, the furniture was very worn, bed uncomfortable. When we left this morning, there was a homeless person sleeping in a chair in the hallway on the 3rd floor. When I told the girl at the desk, she said they ask him to leave but he keeps coming back.

After going to 4 rooms that all smelled awful we found one we could use. The smell in the rooms was like mildew and one was cigar smoke. The poor girl at the front desk was doing her best. The breakfast was cold. The manager running around with his dress shirt untucked and when I asked about spray for the room his response was I will get there. He never came. We will not ever stay here again! Go to Best Western!
