This brand new, single-level apartment features spacious and fresh interiors plus a fenced backyard. Cook up a feast in the full kitchen and BBQ, and kick back in air-conditioned comfort of a bright living area. A dedicated workspace, the most cosy bedrooms, in-unit laundry, and free parking encourage a fuss-free short or long stay.
This inviting family hideaway, situated within a secure gated estate, boasts easy access to the iconic spots of the coast including a two-minute drive to Urangan Pier and Dayman Point, and five minutes to the sand and surf of Torquay Beach. Of course, you can also leave the car and enjoy the park and beach from across the road, and treat yourself to fresh seafood within a three-minute stroll. If you're visiting during the right season, don't miss an incredible experience for a whale watching tour off the Esplanade.

The living room is equipped with a large TV with Netflix and Disney+, and split-type heating and cooling providing a breezy, light-filled space to unwind after your adventures. Stay in and enjoy relaxed days at home with a fully equipped kitchen with an island for preparing meals, while an outdoor BBQ is a great addition. The charming dining area sits four, and next to it is an office nook offering a dedicated workspace to set up your laptop.

Rest easy within the primary bedroom featuring a comfortable queen bed, a 55" Smart TV, and a convenient ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom provides two king-single orthopedic beds and mirrored wardrobes. The main bathroom is right on the hallway and offers a contemporary shower and well-lit vanity.

Additional conveniences include a secure two-car garage, and in-unit laundry facilities including a washer and dryer.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.

We have a single-pet policy for an additional fee of $50—please let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking so we can assess if the space is suitable for them. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted.

Awesome Location
Located right near the boat ramps and marina it was only a short walk to enjoy the restaurants and Boat club. The unit had everything we required and the double lockup garage was great for the tinny and car. Small back yard was ideal for our dog as well. Bedrooms were more than adequate and so were both the bathrooms. Would not hesitate to stay again if we were in the area.
