One of the main reasons I booked the hotel was so that i could spend a morning sleeping without needing to run around after a dog and toddler. The fire alarm went off twice the morning of our stay. When I tried to call down to the front desk to see if we needed to leave the building, I discovered that the button on my room phone that connected me to the front desk did not work. This meant that I was not able to sleep and relax but had to go down to the lobby both times. My bedding had a stain on it and I found a hair in my bed when I first pulled the sheets back. After going down to the lobby the second time that morning our room key would not work. When I went to the desk they asked what room I was in and instantly rescanned the key. They didn't ask me for any sort of identification or even a name the room was under. I found this to be a very unsafe practice. My daughter and I left shortly after. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Breakfast is great and staff is so kind. Rooms are spacious! Very convenient to Hersheypark and area attractions. Hershey Pantry and Rotunda Brew Pub are walkable restaurants that are delicious!

The hotel is very dated. We also had a maintenance employee walk into our room without knocking or announcing themselves. Also the staff used the guest elevator to take out trash and transport their cleaning from floors

The hotel needs updating. Mold and rust in the shower. Dirty socks under the bed. Conditioner was empty and asked for more but was told it was in the room.
