Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean. Fake plants in the halls and common areas were very dusty. Computer area was very dusty. Rooms were small but adequate. 'Queen' beds were more full size than queen. We were assured they were a standard queen...Breakfast was only sufficient. Hotel was close to everything.

Water temperature was a big issue

The pool water was very cold. The tub/shower water was either luke warm or scalding. It made it difficult to give my daughter a bath. The room appeares clean but when I wiped the flooe with a wet waah cloth to clean up something my daughter spilled the cloth was filthy. The floor was clearly swept but not mopped. Breakfast was mediocre even for continental. Waffles were not great and my daughter said milk was not good. The price was cheap so I didn't it to be amazing but adequate water temperature for bathing doesn't seem like a big ask. But overall it was clean and the staff was friendly. There was a side dooe for the one lot which was nice since it was very cold out.

Comfortable and family friendly

If you have kids like I do the pool and spa being open from 7a-11p is wonderful 10 minute drive to hershey park and clean and friendly I did have some concerns as the hotels rules at the complementary breakfast amd the pool were not enforced there we children under the requested age of 16 operating the waffle makers with non-the wiser parents who just let their kids run wild i would say no older than 8 or 9 were attempting and it was requested no children under 12 or more than 4 guests be in the spa at anytime which was broken countless times where staff said nothing Highly reccommend if u have kids but do reccommend supervison as I stated above accidents may happen and the hotel has posted signs so they are not liable if your child gets injured for your lack of attention of your children I do not reccommend this hotel for any business oriented stays only family/friend outing trips

This property was exactly what we needed it for. A place to stay to see the Hershey Lights for decent cost. Breakfast was average- breads, cereals, and waffle maker. No eggs or bacon/sausage. My only big complaint was the indoor pool was freezing. No families would get in and the whirlpool was just warm so almost all kids stayed in there instead of pool.

Great Hershey Hotel!

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Hershey PA! The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a short drive to Hershey attractions and walking distance to some amazing restaurants. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub! Great breakfast offered daily. A+++ customer service! It’s a wonderful place to stay.

The hotel is incredibly convenient if you’re going to Hershey Park. Parking is convenient. The hotel is definitely dated and slightly run down, but it was very clean. The staff was absolutely incredible…friendly, helpful, and thorough. The breakfast was better than most. My only complaints (which lost a star) are that the back door (toward parking garage) was never locked even though there was a key swipe there (like the front door) made it feel a bit unsafe, and the pool was located right off the lobby and there are no rugs for the wet floors. The floor was constantly wet…it seems like an easy fix to throw some mats in the hallway before someone falls. Overall, definitely recommend.

Did the job

It was a fine stay, clean enough and comfortable. The desk staff was all business no flair or welcome feel, but fine. Breakfast is convenient and good (the ladies staffing breakfast were incredibly diligent and on top of everyone's needs). The pool was too cold to bare for more than 20 minutes and the spa was a weird gray, disappointing but ok. Great location, very convenient to get to everything in Hershey.
