Front desk person so rude. I requested a room away from elevator. He said ok. I got to my room what a surprise. Was next to some hydraulics pipe room. When I asked him for a quiet room. He said that’s what happens when I make my reservation from Expedia. Plus you have to wait for hot water for 30 minutes in the shower.

Facility is faded. With the exception of the shuttle drivers, the staff was indifferent. I used the main restaurant for dinner on Friday night. I was seated near 2 women who were viewing some sort of movie at max volume at a close by table. When I complained to the wait staff, they instructed ME to ask them to cut the volume down. I got a very aggressive and rude response, but another customer sitting close by supported my request. The manager was apologetic but did nothing to maintain appropriate behavior in the restaurant. This would not have been permitted on a commercial jet.

No fridge or microwaves now in rooms. Beds are ancient and incredibly uncomfortable. Rooms are dark and dingy bathrooms are nice but you can’t see due to lack of lighting. Coffee pot in a location with no plug had to make coffee on the floor where the plug was. I have stayed in nicer super 8s along the interstate for a Hilton they should be ashamed.
