Service staff, bar and pool were awesome. Appreciate having an exercise room and laundry. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The heat and shower were broken in my room. Another room wasn't available as they were booked.

Showers were covered in mold. Other family had dirty towels in their shower. Kids got kicked out of the pool during swimming hours. Key cards did not work and we got locked out of rooms repeatedly, for other rooms too. Hotel seemed short staffed and unavailable at front desk. Frustrating for as much as we paid. There was an arcade which was fun for the kids. We were provided a roll away bed which was nice

The pool was dirty, cloudy hair floating and brown bottom. Our room wasn't cleaned for 3 days we had to call the desk every night for towels and wash clothes, we even left the dirty towels in the hallway and took out our own trash they never put new bags in the pals or replaced our toiletries we even asked the front desk they just shrugged their shoulders. The hallway smelled of cigarettes even though all the rooms were labeled with a no smoking symbol. The continental breakfast was stale muffins, coffee and old apples.

Something's hiding underneath the bed!
Check in was rushed with no review of the facility. A pet fee was charged for my pets. Upon entering the hallway where the room was located there was a strong odor of mildew with a dehumidifier running. The heat in the room didn't work. Bathtub was rusty and pitted with a drain that didn't work properly. Complaints to the desk were answered by sending maintenance out to fix the heat but nothing on the shower/tub situation. They didn't even offer to move us to a different room. My dog kept trying to dive under the bed, which I didn't really pay much mind to until the next morning when one of my shoes had come up missing. Sure enough there is was under the bed along with a bunch of garbage including food wrappers/containers and enough dirt and hair to fill a Pennsylvania pot hole! I was really ticked off at paying a pet fee when the room wasn't even Cleaned. Sorry I should have taken pictures.

ALL the details were HORRIBLE. The room was fine.
The room was fine. It was clean and comfortable. But EVERYTHING else was a disaster. No phone in the room. No blankets on the bed or in the closet. Shade for the standing lamp was sitting on the desk and the lamp was broken. The Ice machine was broken. The refrigerator in the room was not working. Finally figured out I had to unplug it and put it in another recepticle. The security scanner for the side door was ripped out with wires hanging out. The pool was not available (I booked their specifically so I could get exercise in the pool). The room door key would flash green but then not open. It took a dozen or more swipes to get in the room each time. The morning "breakfast" was REALLY bad coffee, muffins and a couple pieces of fruit. The computer in the business center was out of order. In short, if all you need is to sleep and you have your own blankets, this place is perfect for you. On the good side, the staff was really nice. It seems like the owners are just cutting corners EVERYWHRE.

Bed had crumbs all over the sheets. Toilet wouldn’t fill up with water. Place smelled musty and cigarette smoke, even though it was non smoking. Ice machine was broke. They advertise that there is breakfast but in reality it’s just muffins and fruit. They provided coffee but non juices for non coffee drinkers. Overall I would not recommend this place.

Disappointed- 20/20 hindsight gone elsewhere
First room was a handicapped one, which we didn’t need. The sofa appeared to have fecal matter embedded and the handicap toilet seat was rusty. The upgraded whirlpool room wasn’t much better. It reeked of mildew, the ceiling over the whirlpool was obviously damaged from flooding above. The toilet seat had what appeared to be gum holding one side in place. The tub was heavily rusted by the faucet. The bathroom door dragged along the floor and wouldn’t close. The positives were: the mattress was comfortable, the refrigerator worked and it was quiet

Paradise lost!
The Park Inn has potential and was probably a good hotel when it first opened, but shoddy construction and years of neglect have taken a heavy toll. Bathrooms are a disaster with running toilets, poor lighting and ventilation, rust on the bathtub in spots and missing or poorly applied caulking. The Inn has a restaurant but it was already closed when I got there at 7pm. The one bright spot was the indoor pool and surrounds although the hot tub was out of service. Overall, the rest of the Inn is in need of a total upgrade.
