The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, fridge, freezer, juicer, kitchen utensils in general, etc... Other elements include Wi-Fi, flat screen TV, washing machine, iron and board, hair dryer, bedding and towels, etc ...
To highlight the terrace with an outdoor dining room and the best views from Hermigua to the sea and Teide.

We find the Santa Catalina beach 1 kilometre away and supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The idea is to have a car if you want to go out and visit all the island's surroundings. That will not leave you indifferent since you will find beautiful corners and many green areas where if you are a lover of hiking, you can also enter the paths of trails such as the famous national park from Garajonay.

We find the beach of Santa Catalina to 1 kilometer of distance as well as supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries etc. The ideal is to have a car if you want to go out to visit all the surroundings of the island that will not leave you indifferent since you will find wonderful corners and many green areas where if you are a lover of hiking you can also go into the paths of trails such as the famous national park of Garajonay.

Our stay was tremendous. It was just as advertised, with a beautiful view. There was a plumbing issue, but they did a great job communicating with us and making sure we could still move forward comfortable with our stay.

Nicht das, was wir erwartet haben
Ein paar positive Aspekte: Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich schön und die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war unkompliziert. Man hat immer sofort eine Antwort auf Fragen bekommen, auch am Sonntag. Der niedrige Preis hätte uns allerdings schon stutzig machen sollen. Die Bilder täuschen leider, was wohl am verwendeten Filter liegt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr viel verramschter und weniger hell und freundlich, als die Bilder erwarten lassen. Der Wasserdruck war so schlecht, dass wir quasi nicht duschen konnten (es dauerte jedenfalls sehr lange, bis der Schaum ausgewaschen war). Es war oberflächlich sauber, aber es lag ein muffiger Geruch in der Luft (trotz Dauerlüftung aufgrund eines kaputten Fensters). Auch die Färbung der Socken unserer Kinder, die nicht gerne Hausschuhe tragen, sprach für sich. Die Waschmaschine reinigten wir vorsichtshalber vor Gebrauch. In der Küche lief Flüssigkeit aus einem Kühler, die furchtbar stank. Die elektrischen Kabel waren für deutsche Verhältnisse auch eher abenteuerlich verlegt. Am Ende machten wir uns noch einen riesen Stress, die Wohnung ordentlich zu hinterlassen, da wir in Bewertungen über die Agentur gelesen hatten, dass es schon öfter vorkam, dass die Kaution unter irgendwelchen Vorwänden nicht (vollständig) erstattet wurde und/oder eine zusätzliche Reinigungsgebühr erhoben wurde. Wir haben bisher (3 Tage nach Abreise) noch keine Nachricht darüber erhalten, ob wir die Kaution zurück bekommen, daher kann ich hierzu noch nichts sagen.

gute Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig geschnittenn und mit allem was man braucht reichlich ausgestattet. Die Abwicklung über ein weiteres Vermittlungportal war etwas umständlich und es gab sehr viel Emailverkehr. Zum einchecken ist niemand vor Ort, man muss sich alles selbst zusammenreimen, was wegen Anreise im dunkeln recht schwierig war. Wir hatten trotzdem eine sehr schöne Woche.
