This apartment for 2-6 persons is located in the 1st. Upstairs and offers with its 67 square meters ample space for a relaxing holiday. The cozy living room with lots of natural light is furnished with a sofa set with sleeping function and flat screen TV. To read and dream the place in the adjacent loggia invites, from which you can watch the hustle and bustle on the promenade and enjoy a view over the Baltic Sea. The kitchen, which is also adjacent to the living area, is equipped with a ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave etc. A large dining area invites you to share meals. Two bedrooms are each with a double bed (180 or 140 x 200) the third bedroom is furnished with a single bed. The large bathroom is equipped with shower and bath and double sink / toilet. The parking space is located on the property.  

This elaborately renovated villa presents itself in the typical imperial style and is only a stone's throw away from the beach promenade and the white sandy beach. In just a few minutes walk you reach the lively town center with its numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. From here you can get to the famous Ahlbeck pier. Upon request, free Wi-Fi access is available upon arrival. The offered here W-LAN connection is provided by the Telekom. Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 16:00 and departures from 08:00 to 11:00.
