Welcome to a comfortable and high quality furnished apartment in the Schloonseevillen, a modern apartment house, very close to the Schloonsees. The apartment is centrally located in the seaside resort of Bansin and yet only about 300 m from the fine Baltic Sea beach. Shops and restaurants are also nearby. For your car is a free parking space in the underground car park available, the apartment is accessible by lift directly from the underground car park. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available for use in the basement.

The comfortable 2-room non-smoking apartment is located on the ground floor with a terrace to the east side. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, a living room with comfortable seating, TV, radio with CD player and a fully equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, crockery u. V. M. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Two wheels are provided free of charge by the landlord, for damage or loss no liability is assumed by the owner, in case of damage, please have the wheels repaired by the resident companies.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Die Zentrale Lage, die Tiefgarage, die Nähe zum Strand und die Ausstattung sind gute Gründe sich für die Wohnung zu entscheiden.

Für Radwandern und Wanderungen am Strand oder im Wald in Bansin sehr gut gelegen. Die Größe der Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal.
