Vorab: der Mitarbeiter Herr Lev war äußerst freundlich und absolut bemüht für uns Lösungen zu finden. Das restliche Personal empfanden wir eher als genervt/überfordert und weniger bemüht. Parkplatz: eine kleine Katastrophe, am Tag unserer Anreise waren keine Parkplätze mehr vorhanden. Uns wurde einer zugesichert am nächsten Tag 10 Uhr. Nächster Tag 11 Uhr gab es immer noch keine, wir sollen nachmittags nochmal nachfragen. Nachmittags hatten wir dann endlich einen EIGENEN Parkplatz, jedoch als wir weg fuhren und wiederkamen stand jemand fremdes auf unserem Parkplatz und mussten somit wieder bis zum nächsten Tag warten. Frühstück: 4 Tage in Folge keine Salami, jeden Tag wurde uns erneut zugesichert es gäbe sie am Folgetag wieder. Man musste lange warten bis essen wieder aufgefüllt wurde am Buffet. Zimmer: Handtücher wurden bei Reinigung mitgenommen, jedoch nicht vollständig wieder aufgefüllt. Dusche bei Ankunft außer Funktion - dies wurde auch erst am nächsten Tag nachmittags behoben. Bar: da wir mit Hund angereist sind und es im barbereich nur begrenzte Plätze mit Hund gab wollten wir abends gerne noch draußen ein Bier trinken und eine rauchen. Wir haben um 2 Polster gebeten - hier wurde wir recht "unfreundlich" darauf hingewiesen das die "Terrasse/Treppe" heute geschlossen ist . So sind wir zu einem anderen hotel gelaufen und haben dort draußen noch etwas getrunken. Barkeeper wusste nicht was ein Lilet ist, Verständigung teilweise schwierig.

Insgesamt gutes Hotel. Spa Bereich aus dem Nebengebäude nur über die Straße oder Tiefgarage erreichbar. Finnische Sauna zu klein (3Personen) zu wenige Ruheliegen. Insgesamt der Spa Bereich für die Größe des Hotels zu klein. Frühstück war sehr gut. Abendessen nicht genutzt. Ingesamt gute Lage. Parkplätze TG zu teuer! 17,50 pro Nacht.Scheinbar kann man anders kein Geld mehr verdienen.

Wir wurden jeden Morgen 7.00 Uhr durch Baulärm gedeckt bzw. durch das Putzpersonal die um 6.30 Rauchen und sich teilweise lautstark unterhielten. Hatten bei dem Preis etwas anderes erwartet.

Es war Enttäuschung bei 4 Sternen,kennen es anders . . Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig ( Rührei war kalt ,wenig Wurstauswahl sowie Käse ) und es wurde nicht regelmässig nachgelegt . Der Charme vom Hotel war kalt .Keine Blumen und Tischdecken auf dem Tisch ,nur Papierdeckchen . Mussten uns Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine ( Zimmer)nachkaufen am Empfang ,nur einmal gratis . Woanders standart und kostenlos . Es war alles überteuert .

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert, das Frühstücksbüffet war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption und im Restaurant waren außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam.
