The beautiful Art Nouveau villa 'Germania', built around 1900 and extensively restored in the mid 90s, is located on the eastern outskirts of the seaside resort of Ahlbeck on the island of Usedom. Standing in the first row you have direct access to the beach via the promenade. Our apartment no. 1 is located on the ground floor. Coming from the beach, it goes down a few steps. The apartment is divided into two small units in the hallway. On the right there is a living room with a kitchenette. In addition, it goes from here to the inside small bathroom with shower and toilet, to the small terrace that only belongs to this apartment - here the view is very limited by neighboring buildings, but you can sit here completely undisturbed. Furthermore, it goes from the living room into a bedroom with a double bed. In the left part of the apartment you enter the kitchen with built-in kitchen and complete equipment such as microwave, ceramic hob, oven and from here you get to the second bedroom with two single beds and the second interior shower room with toilet.


The parking lot is in front of the house and belongs to the apartment. Restoration is in the immediate vicinity for every taste. Poland with its famous 'Poland market' is 3km away and either on foot / bike via the newly designed promenade or on the main street to reach by car.
There are numerous sights on the island. Bicycle rental, mini golf, carriage rides, kite shop, skate track and many leisure activities are on site and also within easy walking distance.
