Goldcrest House offers versatile accommodation over three floors with a sunny rear garden accessible from both the kitchen/utility and dining room. The house is double glazed and has gas central heating.

Lounge - The sitting room is lovely space furnished to a great standard which is both comfortable and elegant. With focal point fire place this room also provides a smart TV.
Dining Room - With extendable dining table and chairs, access to rear garden.
Kitchen - Well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery, cooking pans and utensils.
Utility - With a washing machine, tumble drier, fridge/freezer & access to rear garden. This property also offers a ground floor cloakroom with a second WC.

Guests are able to access the whole property, check-in is completed using a key safe, details are provided to the guest at 9am on the day of arrival.
Please be advised that any unapproved late check-out or early check-in will incur charges due to the disruption caused to our cleaning schedule. To avoid inconveniences, kindly ensure prior written agreement for any adjustments to the standard check-in and check-out times.

Unfortunately this property is unable to accept pets.
A damage deposit of £150 is required for booking. This will be apart of the pre check in form mentioned above.
Please note that the office closes at 9pm, and any inquiries regarding check-ins after 9pm will be answered at 9am the next morning.
Our Cancellation policy is 3 days before check-in is fully refundable, anytime after the 3 days before is non-refundable.
