Treat yourself to this serene and beautiful stay at the Sun Flower Ranch, accompanied by a 360 degree mountain view buttoned up against Diamond Valley Lake. Experience life on the ranch with horses, goats, chickens and dogs. Come take horseback riding lessons and guided trail rides with life-long experienced trainers. (Appointment necessary)Hangout with our awesome and snuggly goats! With the main entrance to Diamond Valley Lake 5 minutes away, take the family out, explore the museum, casinos or enjoy the water park & much more! There are board games, pool table, foosball table, dartboard, arcade games, outdoor firepit, outdoor lounge area, BBQ grill & more! Farm Fresh eggs provided to every guest!

The space:
Ranch house is on a 5 acre property. The rest of the property is leased for purpose of the equine ranch. There will be other people on the property, but not on the private, fenced-off portion. (About 1/3 acre). Guests have access to guided trail rides and horse lessons at an additional cost and must be approved by the ranch manager. Guests can also feed and pet the animals on the ranch only with permission and supervision of the ranch manager.

Guest access:
Guests can only access the home and immediate fenced off yards surrounding the home. The rest of the property is OFF LIMITS to guests. Guests can request permission to see the rest of the ranch and the animals with permission from the ranch manager or the property owner.

Other things to note:
Within 5 minutes of driving is the Diamond Valley Lake, the Valley Wide Water Park, and the museum. Within 10 minutes of driving is the town-center of Menifee, CA restaurants and shopping. Within 25 minutes of driving is Temecula Valley Wine Country!
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Diamond Valley Lake Marina. A water park is available. The vacation home includes amenities such as a kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms.

Shocker Stay in Hemet
Our family arrived late in the evening on our first night. We were shocked the next morning when we opened the curtain to the backyard patio. We had horses, chickens, and goats within steps of the patio. Our 5-year-old grandson loved it. The property was well-equipped for cooking. Nice amenities and plenty of room for a large family. The game room in the garage was fun for everyone to keep busy too. Great communication from host and would definitely recommend.

House was quite comfortable and had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of room, excellent communication with owner who is on-site. Even got a fun tour of his farm with horses, goats and chickens. Would definitely stay again.

Quiet, Cozy Ranch
The place was clean, and the area where it's located is quiet. A welcome change from the city, we really enjoyed looking out the patio door and seeing all farm animals. Waking up to a rooster singing just brought back memories of my childhood. I would stay there again.

Cris and Patrick’s place was delighted! So neat and clean ! Cris went overboard and settle the horses for our two little girls to ride on it! The goats were a plus and we were all so happy and entertained. I highly recommend this ranch if you are in the area!

Nice Quiet Place!
Nice rural feel, perfect for us. It was fun to watch the goats and horses, and our granddaughter got to go pet and feed the goats 😍 Patrick was super responsive to every question and concern. We would stay there again.

Can’t beat the accomadations
The host Patrick was amazing. Any inquiry or need he was right there. The house was spacious filled with comfortable furniture and just a pleasure to stay at for a few days. I highly recommend this Verbo place.

Exactly what we needed
Very quiet and peaceful location with cute goats around the back. Tons of activities provided, including a pool table. Great kitchen. Also decorated for Christmas, which was nice. If you use a navigation app to get there, don’t believe it if it tells you to stop at the gate; keep going, there’s a driveway.

Great Ranch Home!
The house was beautiful and very spacious. Our family had a nice relaxing stay and enjoyed watching the horses and goats right in the backyard!
